The Lofts at Harmony Mills is a one-of-a-kind community offering luxury apartments in a beautifully restored National Historic Landmark. It is a relaxing, very well taken care of, and great place to live. Residents describe it as a very beautiful, spacious apartment that feels like home, with lots of room and amazing views of the Mohawk River from oversized windows. The historic character, including original hardwood floors and soaring ceilings, meets modern comfort. The office and leasing staff are consistently noted as amazing, accommodating, kind, helpful, and understanding. They work with residents every step of the way to find solutions. The maintenance and cleaning crews are also incredible, friendly, approachable, and quick to respond. The amenities are a big bonus and are awesome, including an indoor pool and spa, a gym, heated indoor parking, dog parks, and garage storage. The location is convenient, with everything needed nearby. Some residents note minor issues, such as a garage door that can be problematic and insects outside in warmer weather. Overall, however, the community, location, and apartments exceed expectations. The size and value win people over, making it a welcoming home where many feel happy and settled.
Living in Mills 4 Building it 50/50 whether a package comes to the mailroom in the big building or my building. Jayson was very helpful in helping me find my package and is always asking if I need help everytime I see him and greets me with a smile.

Jayson is a great housekeeper at the lofts! He greets me each morning with a smile and a hello! The hallways and public spaces are sparkling and he makes sure to stay on top of any messes that appear. Great asset to the property, thanks for all that you do!
