My experience was very pleasant and satisfying. Had an accident and couldn't find a body shop that would deal my insurance. Found Mendozas and took he took my vehicle right away. Withing a few days I got my car back looking like new. Most importantly, has great customer service! I Highly recommend this shop!!!

Earlier this year I took my car to Mendoza’s. He said I could drop my car off on a Monday and it would be ready by Wednesday/Thursday. I called on Thursday to check on the car and Mendoza said he needed until Saturday. I called on Friday to confirm the time for Saturday and the owner was extremely rude stating that he doesn’t need my business in the future, will have the car ready “soon” and hung up on me. Additionally, they refused to submit the supplemental claim required by the insurance company.This place was a complete headache and I’d avoid them entirely in the future.

The BEST! I highly recommend Mendoza’s to anyone in need of a body shop. They are quick & efficient! I was pleasantly surprised when they got our car done a week early! Very rude over the phone. He didn’t even see my car and told me I have to drop the car. Then I asked why since it could just be a simple thing then he said” why u don’t do it yourself “ which exactly I did and it didn’t cost me a dime. Keep being rude to customers who pay your bills buddy. You will end up closing doors one day.
