“My daughter started at Childtime when she was 2. She had never been in a daycare program and I was very nervous. She had a bit of a hard adjustment, often sitting in the corner and wanting to wait for me to return. But with the help of the teachers, director and assistant director, she started to come out of her shell. A year and a half later she is thriving. Every concern I have brought to the director, Amy, she has helped me navigate and always offered suggestions. We are now able to do drop off with minimal tears and she lights up whenever she sees Amy or Brittany! When I had to go back to work this winter after my maternity leave for my son, leaving him with Childtime was the easiest decision I could make. I cannot recommend Childtime enough.”

“We love Ms. Hanna and Dottie. They are both very soft spoken & genuinely care and are well trained/qualified to deliver first class care.
Multiple windows in each classroom keep the rooms bright.
When weather permits, the kids spend a good portion of time outside or take walks to the library.
Very clean. The kids have indoor and outdoor shoes (excellent idea).
There is a routine that helps keep our daughter calm and focused.
Packing lunch eases my mind, knowing what & how much my kids eat everyday.
The owner Cheryl & her assistants are very responsive via email or phone calls.”
“The Albany Jewish community center is a fantastic facility filled with warm welcome and stuff you can easily answer your questions and create a sense of belonging and community was very impressed with the cleanliness of facility and the variety of different options it provides play a critical role on the social fabric of the community”
“Hands down, bar none the best daycare and staff in the area. I feel confident that my child will be more than ready and adjusted for kindergarten. Lisa and Emily truly care about each and every child and are a part of the learning and growing process.”

“My son has been attending this daycare full-time since he was 7 months old.
The staff is very kind, caring, and accommodating. Everyone knows my child’s name and always greets us with a smile. It feels like all teachers love what they do. The new director is wonderful as well.
Camera access is invaluable for my peace of mind and for seeing my child when I miss him and want to know how his day is going. Their app provides an excellent means of communication, and they often share photos and videos. I always feel like I am up to date on my child’s care and any changes or updates.
I also like that all rooms are very clean, bright, and spacious, and they have a great outdoor space.
I think it is hard to find a better option for busy parents that provides this level of care, communication, and transparency.”

“My husband and I highly recommend Bright Horizons Corporate Woods. After relocating to the Capital Region with no family nearby, we struggled to find the right childcare solution, until we found Bright Horizons Corporate Woods. The entire staff has become like a second family to our daughter (and to us!).
Christine, the Center Director, creates a warm and welcoming environment that immediately reassures parents that their children are not only well cared for, but truly loved. The teachers our daughter has had in both the Infant and Toddler Programs have cared for her with enthusiasm, kindness, empathy, and great attention to detail.
The quality of care and curriculum at the center is outstanding. From cuddles, comfort, and storytime in the Infant Program to creative, interactive, and engaging sensory activities in the Toddler Program, every experience is thoughtfully designed. There is a strong emphasis on movement, including outdoor play and time in the center’s movement room. Since attending Bright Horizons Corporate Woods, our daughter’s gross and fine motor skills, verbal communication, sense of identity and belonging, and confidence (and honestly, so much more!) have improved. She has formed relationships with both her classmates and the staff and feels comfortable and happy when at the center.
Communication is seamless through the Bright Horizons app, which keeps us closely connected to our daughter’s day with frequent photos, activity updates, and important center information.
Bright Horizons Corporate Woods has provided more than we could have ever hoped for in a daycare center! We have truly felt like part of a family through the daily interactions with our daughter’s teacher (and other teachers!), the center’s Director (Christine), and Assistant Director (Sarah), as well as through the thoughtful activities and events the center holds. The center’s staff have truly become trusted family, providing high quality care and exceeding expectations in all aspects.
We are truly beyond grateful for Bright Horizons Corporate Woods!”
“The director, Sarah has shown light across the center every day! She makes all parents aware of any changes and plans so many fun activities for the children to do. The center focuses on warm and welcoming and I think they do an amazing job expressing that to all the parents and children. 10/10 recommend bringing your child here.”
“Our family’s experience with SmartEarly Learning Centers has been nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, the staff has gone above and beyond to make our child feel safe, supported, and genuinely cared for.
The teachers and team work incredibly hard to create a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive every day. Communication with families is outstanding, and we always feel informed, valued, and connected.
Knowing our child is surrounded by people who truly love what they do gives us complete peace of mind. Our son absolutely loves going to school each day and has built such a strong connection with his teachers.
We are truly grateful to be part of the SmartEarly community and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a caring, trustworthy, and enriching early learning environment for their child.”

“I work here, the staff is really great, the hours are good, and during this COVID situation we are doing everything humanly possible to keep the school safe, sanitized, multiple times a day.”
“My daughter has been at Jack and Jill for the past two years and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience there. The director, the entire staff and the supporting staff are all absolutely incredible. They have such a great program, have many events and field trips and have really prepared my daughter for kindergarten which she will be starting in September. She did so well at Jack and Jill last year that I decided to forgo UPK at our district and keep her at Jack and Jill and Im so glad that I did. She is MORE than ready for kindergarten. She's reading, writing and doing basic math and she's such a confident well balanced kiddo because of this school. The only regret I have is that she couldn't have been there longer. Highly highly recommend this place for anyone with kiddos 3-5 years old”

“Fifteen years ago, my son, who is autistic, attended this center (at the old location). Although his specific needs ultimately required a different level of care, the staff worked hard to accommodate us and were genuinely trying to help our son. We still remember and appreciate their efforts.”
“The staff here are all so patient and attentive. They have really transformed my child for the better. He has really shown so much growth and skill improvement and that is thanks to everyone here.”

“Our son has attended this preschool for the past two years. It was such a great decision for our family and he had a wonderful experience with his introduction to school. The staff are all experienced, kind, and amazing with children! They have rotating themes so the kids are doing different and fun activities every single day. It's a great program for families who are looking for part time care!”

“I have used Tutor Time of Troy for both of my daughters and I absolutely love this place. The staff here is so kind, friendly and caring. The communication is so strong. If you need anything at all they accommodate your needs. Tutor Time of Troy has convenient hours, it’s a very safe place and they have an app which allows you to know exactly what your child is doing all day they update you and share really great fun pictures of all the super fun activities that they do. You can also view live video. My daughter looks forward to going to her school to have so much fun and play with her friends. I highly recommend this place for your child.”

“We have been so happy with the UPK program at Kid kampus. I can’t imagine anyone leaving a negative review for their facility! They are extremely organized, great communication and my daughter has learned so much. I have no doubt she is ready for Kindergarten. They are always doing such fun and creative activities and the teachers are wonderful. They have a large indoor gym which is great for days when they can’t get outside. I highly recommend and we will miss them!”
“We love the staff that works here. Everyone from management to teachers are lovely here. I was very hesitant to send my child to daycare, but I am beyond glad that I did! These gals have had such a positive impact on my child’s growth and development. They are always so understanding and they care for my child as if he were their own. While there can be challenges with staffing at times, I do believe that Katie does her best to overcome the obstacles and is incredibly fair to all children and parents. All places of employment have troubles with staffing at times. I would highly recommend childtime to my friends and family. Again, we are beyond grateful for the care we have received over the past 3 years.”
“My child has been attending Stepping Stone for over 3 years now. Every single one of the staff members there are WONDERFUL!!! It feels like I’m seeing my extended family every time I walk into the building. The staff makes sure all areas are very clean. Wiping down tables & toys constantly, sweeping, dishes, stove, you name it. The bathrooms the toddlers use are cleaner than my house bathroom! No matter where you go everyone is going to have their own opinion. I feel truly lucky to have found a place that I feel comfortable sending my child, knowing that he is safe and well cared for. The curriculum that they use is wonderful! It helps take some guilt away from not being able to be home with him like I was with my first.”
