Affordable way to move. The online system is very convenient, drop off and pick up was very smooth. The containers are much more spacious than they look. They had really helpful moving tips too, so we were prepared. I'll use them again.

I’ve moved my own stuff many times while I’ve been in the military and this was by far the best, most affordable way to do it. Everything went exactly as planned and after doing the math, it was only slightly more expensive than renting a truck with U-Haul and paying for gas from NM to NY. The 28 foot trailer also has more cubic foot space than the largest U-Haul so I was able to fit my entire 4 bedroom house plus attic, garage, and shed in one trailer. In addition to not having to drive it myself, this is hands down the only way I will move again. Customer service is also excellent. They are also very flexible on how long you can take to load and unload the trailer which was great since I needed 5 days to load the trailer while I was still living in my house and prepping it for sale. I could load last minute stuff on my way out the door and didn’t need to stay in a hotel. Thanks a lot UPACK!

I had a fantastic experience with U-Pack and would absolutely recommend their service to anyone planning a long-distance move! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and efficient.
Booking the move was easy, and their customer service was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions. The trailer arrived right on time, clean and ready for loading. I appreciated the flexibility U-Pack offered — we had three business days to load, which made the process much less stressful.
What really stood out was the transparency and reliability. The pricing was upfront with no hidden fees, and I was able to track the shipment throughout the journey. My belongings arrived exactly when promised and in perfect condition.
Overall, U-Pack made a potentially stressful move feel manageable and even easy. Great communication, reliable timing, and fair pricing — I couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend!

U-Pack was an excellent alternative to driving a moving truck across the country. I did my second cross-country move recently, from upstate NY to CA, and U-Pack made moving my belongings ridiculously easy. The containers arrived when they said they would (even on a snowy day), they picked them up when they said they would, they arrived in the scheduled window. All the drivers were friendly and courteous, placing the containers how and where I wanted them (within reason). I even found watching them deliver and pick up my containers interesting, but maybe that's just me, lol. A lot can be packed into a container and if you're good at Tetris. I would definitely use U-Pack again in a heartbeat.

We used U-Pack for a move from NY to FL for a new job. The company was great every step of the way! I had to start work on a particular day, so the sales person figured out what day they needed to drop off the POD for us to pack and when it needed to be picked up for its trip to FL so it would be in FL in time for our movers. We weren't sure if we would fill one or two PODs so we had two PODs dropped off but we only needed one. There is no charge for the POD you don't use. I paid a small extra fee for a guaranteed delivery date, which I would highly recommend. I would also recommend to purchase the additional insurance since the standard included replacement coverage is too low in my opinion. The POD actually arrived a few days early in FL and U-Pack kept it at their location until we were ready for it. They dropped the POD off at my new place on the day they said they would. 100% happy with their services. I would definitely use them again.

Customer service and the drivers were so friendly and helpful. They made our long move from NY to NC less stressful. I highly recommend, this was cheaper and more efficient than renting a truck!

I used U-Pack Relocube for my Upstate-NY to Denver,CO relocation. Perhaps the easiest, stress-free, affordable move ever. The U-Pack Center in Cohoes ( as well as the corp center ) were very friendly, and accommodating ( I rescheduled my dates several times ), very punctual in their timing, and professional. The Relocube reached Denver much faster than I expected, but they gave me enough time to load and unload - 3 business days on both sides. Couldn't be happier. Will use U-Pack for all my future moves. I wish I learned about this much earlier. I don't see any TV commercials at all. I suggest they air some advts., on national TVs from time to time.

U-PAC would have been more helpful if they let me know that when delivering to a storage unit that the storage places will NOTallow trailers on their property overnight. Unfortunately UPAC gives a range of dates they will be there so you are not able to coordinate an exact date/time with them and a storage facility. They had to drop the trailer at their fright yard 45 minutes from where my storage facility was. I then had to rent a uhaul, unload and load into the uhaul then drive it to storage facility and unload the uhaul. On the front end of the trip they were unable to get the trailer up my driveway so had to leave the trailer in the road 150 ft from my home. I had to load up a uhaul and drive the 150 ft and unload into the trailer. While none of this is UPACs fault, it would have been useful info upfront. It wound up costing me way more in the end. They did get my property from NY to Savanah in one piece but it was the move from hell!
UPDATE: after posting this review UPACK contacted me and refunded a small portion of the fee. More importantly, they indicated that they will take my comments to ensure that potential customers have more information to make informed decisions about how best to make their move smoothly. Unexpected response from UPACK and much appreciated. Cant say that about many companies these days. Thanks UPACK

Hired UPack to move my belongings from NY to FL. Was far more economical than renting a moving truck to drive myself after the cost of the truck, tolls, and gas. Delivery and pick up on both ends were seamless and timely. Can't say enough about this positive experience!

I used U-Pack for my family moving recently. The customer service is very nice and efficient. I changed my container size and checked my container arrived time delivery time, always got the answer nicely. After I unloaded all the furniture and boxes, I called U-Pack, then they pulled the container away in same day. U-Pack's service is a professional and responsive. Great!

I was moving from New York to North Carolina and U-Pack was FANTASTIC!!!! The price was phenomenal and service was even better. They were there when they said, and just made it extremely easy and worry free! Would highly recommend them. From customer service to the drivers...top notch!

California to Michigan: picked up a day late - Estimated delivery was June 16-20 - drop-off date change 4 times - Arrived 55 miles from our house on 21st - still waiting on the 24th - Been "Loading for delivery" since 8am today and still haven't been called. Thanks for the $50 a day late refund when hotels are $100 and up. THUMBS DOWN!!!!!!!
