went in at 1;30 on feb. 29 customer service window closed.. 6 people waiting.. Could hear voices . finally after 20 minutes the crowd made a fuss. Person appeared seemed annoyed and said no one there to work customer service!! Why not put a sign! Will customer service ever be open again? They had no idea!
