It was nice in here, the staff were friendly and everything smelled really good. My sister bought a room spray here which she really likes and bought before when she visited last month.
The room spray scents that I noticed at the front, right when you walk through the front door are black pepper and tobacco, sandalwood and vetiver, and tonka bean and birch. They may have more, but those are just the three that I saw when I visited. They also have things like candles and a few cosmetic items as well.
Overall, great items to purchase for yourself or as gifts!

I just want to call out my partner and I had a great experience in the store speaking with one of the staff. She was incredibly enthusiastic about scents and smell and was happy to answer all of our questions. We didn't walk away with anything because we had already bought some things at the General Store, but I wished I did now writing this review. This place left a great impression on me and I'm hoping to come back when I visit Cold Spring next.

The new location is incredible! All our favourites are back > candles, cleaning products, etc. plus they will refill your bottles so you don’t have to keep throwing away old packaging. Incredible selection of scents and products it’s hard to not walk away with one of everything.

Heavenly products and a fabulous in-house salon. The candles are incredible. The body and skincare too. This one is a must-visit when in the Hudson Valley.

What a beautiful shop. Great place for gifts for self care and friends. Unusual crafted fragrances for home and personal wear. Beautiful atmosphere, friendly enthusiastic staff. Can't wait to go back for holiday shopping.

I recently purchased a reed diffuser online since I loved my first one so much (note, my original diffuser that was purchased 5 years ago at the store was so wonderful and it is still going!!!!). Unfortunately, the new version of the same scent is terrible and has a strong alcohol smell. I had actually left a review on their website to let online buyers know that the diffuser scent is questionable, advising to try the product in person before purchasing. Yesterday, I spilled my diffuser on my oak dresser and the alcohol or some kind of chemical in this product has stripped the varnish off of the wood. I went to their website to find out the contents of the diffuser and noticed that they deleted my review, which now is a statement not only on their product but their business as a whole. There isn't an ingredients list online, but based on what it did to my dresser, I'm going to say there are some caustic contents. Please go back to your original formula!

Charming apothecary I have been looking at for a while... massage therapist Catherine was amazing she definitely is far more than a massage therapist she has healing hands! It was energy work with a massage! Very gifted & as a medical aesthetician I very much appreciated my time with her! Facial for me to receive it not an easy task, but I enjoyed it very much with Jamie. Clean products made in small batches the owner really has it down! Finally a trim with Elyse was excellent ending to my 3 hour visit to this gem! I will be back... it has a Charleston kinda of feel with a touch from the movie practical magic!
