Marbled Meat Shop is a favorite farm fresh food source in the region, opened as a husband and wife duo. The focus is on working with small farms based in NY and the surrounding states that raise their animals on pasture using certified humane practices. The shop offers superior meats, including a gorgeous rack of lamb, rabbit, and a line of carefully crafted fresh sausage, smoked meats, and charcuterie. Every visit allows customers to experience old world classics as well as modern takes on family traditions. The shop also carries a beautifully curated assortment of condiments, wonderful eggs, local breads, cheeses, intriguing sides and dishes, and culinary treats. They have expanded to include great lunches and prepared foods. The staff provides outstanding, kind and courteous service, and are very good at answering questions about the meat. It is easy to do business with them either over email or through their website. The shop is highly, highly recommended.
This is the only place we buy our meat from now. All products are of the highest quality and all the butchers are incredibly skilled and helpful. Shout-out to Kevin who masterfully tied up a center filet for a Beef Wellington, and is ever the friendly face as we do our weekly shop!
