Interesting how this place has so few reviews, given every time we go here, we see a steady trickle of people. The inside is homey and not too big, but doesn't feel small either. In addition to some specialty foods like dry pastas, sauces, etc, the main thing here is the wide variety of olive oils and vinegars. You can taste test the different oils as well. After picking our selection, we went to pay and asked the woman if she had any suggestions on a good olive oil to pair with. She was very warm and friendly and spoke candidly about the olive oils. After tasting a few, we went with her recommendation. My wife and I later said to each other, "that's how a place does great business. Don't hover over the customers, but be knowledgeable about the products." I literally only wanted to get one item, but happily bought two. Will definitely keep coming back!

Love the variety of olive oil and vinegar they have. I also liked the Dijon mustard they had.

If and when ever you are in Cold Spring you HAVE to make this store one of your stops. If you are unfortunately not able to purchase every single delicious product - don’t worry - the friendly and educated store associate will help you pick the right product(s) for you. Highly recommend the quality of their products. Top notch actually. Stop inside to find the right products for you - you can then order on line thereafter.

We wandered in here on our first ever trip to cold spring. The woman working was very friendly and knowledgeable. We spent a good bit of time in the store talking to her as well as tasting different oils. We ended up leaving with a great gift for mom.

I went to Cold Spring for a day trip with friends, and when we stumbled into Blue Olive, I had to try their Silcilian Lemon Balsalmic Vinegar and their Dill Olive Oil! I left with a bottle of Dill Infused Olive Oil and cooked with it this morning and my word is it exceptional! Thank yall!

What a gem of a place! Stumbled upon this sweet shop after a hike at bear mountain. What an amazing selection of oils, vinegars and olives. Came home, tried all the goodies we purchased and can’t wait to go back go more!

The place that got my husband to ask for “seconds” on KALE!! The goods in this store can completely change a meal!Yep, just go ahead and hand over your credit card! You won’t be able to pick just one or two items.
