Bad experience after two attempts to mail packages. Both the Cold Spring and Garrison locations are so bad that I’ve moved to using UPS exclusively for all my shipping.

I've lived all over the country. This is the worst post office I've ever encountered.

One of the employees here is 5 stars plus. The others are rude and miserable. There is another post office down the 9D in Garrison about 2-3 miles. You will almost always be better served to head down the road and avoid the horrible miserable attitude.
