It’s clear that the staff takes pride in providing great customer service. We really appreciate everyone at the Orchard Park Post Office and highly recommend them!”
“I was at the Springville Post Office today for my passport, and I couldn't be more pleased with how effortless their post-master, Terrie, made the experience.
She patiently answered all my questions and even helped me distinguish between the passport card and the passport book so that I could make an informed decision. She explained what each fee was for and even explained when I could expect to receive my documents. Terrie was professional, knowledgeable, and she went above and beyond for me today. Thank you so much!!”

“Caren who works there is so patient, nice, and friendly. Very happy that the post office finally has a nice and friendly person. Its also festive and decorated inside for a change.”
“I had a great experience at this FedEx! First, I called and asked if they did what I needed and Karen answered and was very nice and said they did. Then I quickly read the address on the website and saw "McKinley" so quickly assumed McKinley Mall. I walked the whole mall and then called again asking where it was and Karen gave me exact instructions on where they were located in the plaza. Once I got there Karen greeted me and helped me with what I needed. She passed me on to Sarah who was also very nice! She helped me scale down what I needed printed. While Sarah was helping me, Karen saw an elderly customer walking to the door and immediately went to the door to help him open the door and assist him once he came inside! She was so friendly and patient with him! You don't see that kind of customer service much these days!”
“I am an Amazon seller and visit many UPS stores to drop off my boxes. This store is the BEST! They’re always fast and friendly. In addition, I went in last week to get some irreplaceable documents laminated. The person that helped me did a perfect job and was so kind, even thought it was difficult because two of the docs was odd sizes. He worked me with to do it just how I wanted. I’ve been using this store for years, and even though I moved and live further away, this will always be my go to store”

“I was recently in this store to do what one does in a UPS store. Shipping, returning. All the stuff. I went in thinking that I would just hand over boxes and pay for the service I needed. To my surprise I was greeted by one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered in a UPS store. I believe her name was Sydney. Dare I say one of the friendliest customer service reps I’ve ever encountered in any store. I’d give her and the store 11 stars if Google would let me, but sadly it does not. My recommendation is this… Even if you don’t have any business to do with UPS, swing by just to experience the awesomeness of world class customer service. Thanks to Sydney, this store is my favorite retail business in all of Hamburg.”
