We had a major transmission failure in a rural area of Western Néw York State yesterday afternoon... Through our car's Roadside Assistance, Southtowns Tire towing service came to our rescue in less than 1 hour and took us and the car to dealership in Orchard Park, NY. The driver, Rick was as friendly and totally professional as could be. We couldn't have asked for better service. Our Thanks to Rick and to your company! We would definitely recommend Southtowns Tire!

I couldn't find an option to review through the AAA site. I have to get a tow or be pulled out at least twice per year using my AAA service. They always send Southtowns Tireman and the people who come are always friendly, helpful, and fast. Today my breaks went out and I was able to pull into a business to wait for the tow. I didn't catch the guy's name, but he had a lot of tattoos. He was very cool, super quick, and was extremely helpful. Even if it weren't through AAA I couldn't see calling anywhere else around here for a tow. I'm very satisfied with the service. Always exceeds expectations even in bad weather.
