“Had an unexpected tire issue this morning while in Ellicottville. Called Mavis in Springville and spoke with CJ. Explained that I needed a tire looked at as pressure had dropped overnight. Also I had an electric vehicle- he told me to come on in. We arrived and they took me right away. The manager Steve assured me that they would take care of the problem. Within 30 minutes, they had pulled out a construction screw and repaired my tire.I highly recommend Mavis Springville . Thank you so much to Steve and his staff for the excellent service”

“Pep Boys's services are always priced reasonably. The staff are always friendly and helpful. On 2/29/24, I dropped my car off for a state inspection and oil change. I like the text option where you can download your vehicle report.Within a few minutes of downloading the report, a tech called me to go over repairs. They had all parts (tires, brakes) and had the work done same day. They have flexible hours and often have deals and coupons on their website. They reset my oil life and replaced the inspection sticker. My cars sounds 100% better. Very pleased ?”
