“Employees took me and my concerns seriously and with respect. They were quick and efficient. Another tire shop which I will not mention (Mavis Discount Tires at the corner of Abbott and Ridge in Lackawanna, NY) not only was going to charge me $200 more, they also had me make two appointments and then told me I'd have to wait up to 4 hours for service. Pep Boys had me on my way with brand new tires in under 90 minutes WITHOUT an appointment. I will be going to Pep Boys from now on. I'd give 10 stars if I could.”

We were on a road trip and our brakes started making weird noises. Kevin went above and beyond to get our brake pads replaced SO FAST. I thought we were going to be stuck for at least a day, and we were done in two hours! He stayed late to finish up our car and I am eternally grateful. Car is running great after putting another 500 miles today. So thankful I pulled into that Firestone!!”
