These people at this branch for years , refuse to answer the phone. No way to ask a simple question. Bad management

I love chase Bank they always Help me out,this spot has an ATM with si goes inside, I don't have to go to the teller anymore. Great spot, amazing staff and answered questions I wasn't originally there for. Like getting a loan for a home.. very great customer service.
