CVS Pharmacy has been my family’s (my husband, two children and myself) home pharmacy for about 8+ years now. We have consistently had overall pleasant experiences as the pharmacists as well as their team are always welcoming, helpful, have extensive pharmaceutical knowledge and efficient.

I was picking up prescriptions for myself and a family member. Then I realized that I needed to update new health insurance for my family member. Ehsan, CVS pharmacy staff was very helpful and patient. He had been smiling the whole time while keeping me informed about the system update. I offered to come back the next day because the system took a while longer than anticipated and I didn’t want to hold up the line but he insisted that it was okay to stay and wait so I didn’t have to make another trip out.
Once the new health insurance was updated on the system, he quickly proceeded with the payment for me.
I really appreciated his help and patience. We need more people like him.

Never has the prescriptions I need and have to go elsewhere. Never has the vaccines I need and for both cases, they never let me know until 2 hours before despite making the appointment or request a week in advance.
If you can’t provide the vaccine, please take off your location on the cvs website because it’s set to only show locations that can provide the selected vaccinations. Not cancel my appointment 2 hours before. Unprofessional.

Today I went to this pharmacy to pick up my dad’s medicine, but for some reason I couldn't get it. Selena was very nice and very patient and helped me get everything done in the end. Words can't describe how thankful I am. Wish you all the best!!!

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a few years to pick up prescriptions for my family, but I recently switched to this one for myself since my old pharmacy closed. My first time here for myself, my Dr. sent my prescriptions to the Flushing CVS instead of this one (my fault) and I only had to wait 10 minutes for my prescriptions to be ready at this location. The woman at the front was very kind as well. The CVS app is also very helpful. Highly recommend!

I personally really like this pharmacy, everyone I interact with is really kind and when you have a problem with a Dr filling a prescription, the staff help you deal with it!

This is a shout out to the pharmacy team @ the CVS inside the Target store on 20th Ave in College Point. From Andre, the pharmacist, to Michael the Pharmacist Tech to Ruby the clerk: you couldn't ask for a nicer, more helpful group of folks. This is why I keep going to this CVS Pharmacy. Even when they are busy, they still manage to keep their composure and do everything to help you. And are pleasant! Do yourself a favor and go to this CVS pharmacy. You'll be glad you did!

We have been coming here more often after our usual CVS store closed down. Everyone here is attentive especially Ruby, she's has always been so helpful and friendly. Her service is fast and reliable. Please keep up the excellent work!Only one thing I wish is that we could do return at this CVS. It would be much more convenient.

Terrible experience with Ursula! Does CVS Pharmacy condone it's team members being Unprofessional, Unfriendly, Rude, Abrupt and Condescending? Hopefully not and that's why I'm taking the time to write this survey. Until tonight, I have had a very pleasant exchange with this pharmacy's employees, for many years. I have even done multiple thankful surveys for the great experiences I have had. Ursula is a very unfriendly and arrogant person who should be retrained to deal with customers in a respectful manner or not be at that counter at all, PERIOD. It all started when she told me that my prescription was cancelled because it was over 14 days old. I told her I received my notification about 5 days ago that it was ready. Ok, system error or something along those lines. No problem for me. She said to wait 15 minutes for it. O.K. no problem. However, maybe an apology would be in order from her on behalf of CVS instead of that feeling she gave me that it was my mistake! There are professional ways to handle every situation. As I waited I picked up a few things at Target. When I came back I asked her if she would be able to ring up the items I had and she fired back at me with, "I'll take care of you after I'm done with him!" WOW! Nasty and unpleasant tone of voice. I told her that I wasn't asking her to ring me up now. She embarrassed me in front of the other customers and the Pharmacy employees talking to me like that out loud! Obviously she was with another customer. I knew that. I didn't expect her to drop what she was doing! When she finally came to me I told her that her attitude was unnecessary and that I didn't complain about my prescription being cancelled and having to wait around. She then, condescendingly tells me that she's sorry "if I thought" she had an attitude. I told her if I thought? So, you don't have an attitude, it's just me? Very tricky way of apologizing without apologizing. Again, Just straight up an uncaring attitude and super unprofessional situation for any costumer to be thrown into. I then asked her for a survey receipt which she was not going to give me. I hope action will be taken. I don't look forward to dealing with her in the future.
