I tried making an order on their site and they were very helpful with me making the order but I never received it and they have not responded to any of my emails texts or calls ! Very frustrating

I dont recommend anyone to buy from them.
When I ordered my dress they answered quickly on Whatsapp and helped me. And now I want to exchange the dress, suddenly they are not answering for 4 daysss!!!!!!!!! Very bad customer service I wanted to buy more dresses from them but the only problem is their communication!!

So I have to write this Review cause I was TERRIFIED of buying anything from this store since reading the bad reviews in here that people have been leaving on this company’s google page so I thought it was going to be another one of those fake dresses stores online and boy was I wrong! so first of all, the costumer service was GREAT, the sales rep that was helping me with my Purchase provided great communication at all times through the company’s WhatsApp, second of all they sent me pictures of the dress and videos before leaving the facility, shipping was so fast, I placed my order on Monday morning and the dress was in my hands BY THURSDAY MORNING!!! 3 day shipping I couldn’t believe how fast! (I live in Canada) The dress is top notch quality, MackTak are the official dealers of a premium brand of beautiful dresses from Turkish called Alfabeta. I’ve been looking for this dress like crazy since I saw mock ups of this dress in several scam online stores that stole the original pictures from the original brand which is Alfabeta, so luckily Macktak are the exclusive Alfa Beta dealer in North America and they were able to get my dream dress to me without any problems. I also read that some people had mixtups with receiving the wrong size, not my case! I got the right size without problem and the right color! Excellent service, I’m very satisfied, I don’t usually write reviews on google but I feel like they really deserve a good one, because I was so scared to buy from them due to all these bad reviews and my experience was a very positive one, I couldn’t be any happier! You can trust them.

Really disappointing service, I attempted to buy a dress from the UK. They took my money even though it was out of stock and offered a dress that wasn't even similar. I asked for a refund and they agreed through a series of wats app messages and emails. 12 days later I have had to contact American Express for a refund. Really unprofessional!!!

I ordered a dress and waited for a confirmation email and never received one. In addition, my order came out to $471 and I was charged $508 on my credit card. For reference, in the $471 order total, shipping and handling was already included. I tried contacting someone and received no response on Instagram, email and on their online chat. I ended up calling the bank and they informed me that they have heard about MackTak before from previous customers and were aware of their scams. I wish I could give them "0" stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
