Worked with R & N after catching a recommendation on Reddit. Legitimately cannot imagine going anywhere else now. My car got hit in a parking lot, and had a ton of damage across multiple panels. Nino was the nicest guy ever. Took care of all the negotiation and scheduling with my insurance. He even offered to drive me to and from the nearby subway. When I got it back (only a couple days to paint and fix up multiple panels) the car looks brand new. The team there not only took care of the damage 100%, they cleaned and detailed the whole thing afterwards.Can't recommend this place enough. Tired of getting my car dinged up at the dealership for an arm and a leg. Going to send my family and friends here. Thanks Nino.

Amazing service, price and customer service. I entered R & N after visiting other auto shops and receiving horrible customer service (maybe because I am a female) and high prices. Nino immediately saw my car, gave me a very fair price and told me my car would be ready in about 5 days. I recieved my car 3-4 days early than expected and I am a very satisfied customer. My car looks brand new and they even cleaned the interior!

This place is great! Fair prices, great customer service workmanship and efficiency. The owner is so honest saved me thousands of dollars to fix my BMW 3 series m sport compared to the quotes I got at multiple other shops that I went to. My entire family has been coming here for years! He also installs performance oem and aftermarket parts for my ride. Nino was great! He gave me a low down of how much it would cost, and gave me a cash discount. They repaired my bumper and fender, and even painted over the scratch marks on my passenger side mirror cover! Highly recommend them

Rocco went above and beyond for me (and my BMW!) after my car accident. He saved me hundreds of $$$ by giving me advice as to how I should deal with my insurance company, something he definitely did not need to do! It's obvious that they prioritize their customers - the service was exceptional and my car looked brand new. They took something so anxiety-provoking and put me completely at ease. Won't take my car elsewhere, highly recommend!
