Truckers with 53 trailer. Someone above wrote clear instructions how to get here. Keep in mind that streets are very narrow. People parked their vehicles from each side. I did arrive at 6:30 am and it was no traffic. Be careful very tight from the moment when u need to make a right turn from 20th st to college point ave.

Spectrum at the Queen's Mall is very convenient when I'm hanging out with my daughter. They have free WiFi and charging stations. If I need a new remote control for my TV I can get one while I'm here. I'm not happy about my huge internet and cable TV bills. I have had the service since it was Time Warner and it's hard to let go. I'm finally tired of watching the same shows over and over so I am exploring more channels. Plus the addition of Disney Plus has been great. I watched Summer of Soul and this week Hamilton. As for the internet I've never had outages and I certainly have enough speed for what I do. I'm giving this location and my current feeling about Spectrum 4 Stars. I'm sure I will probably be disenchanted when my year of internet and cable discounts $20 a month each ends!!

I sign up for Spectrum internet service that was $49.99 a month for 3 Years. Before signing the contract, I reconfirmed with the store associate that it was $49.99 a month for three years. Now, at the beginning of the third year, Spectrum Internet raises their monthly bill to $64.99 a month. I called their billing Dept and they are saying that my $49.99 is ending, charges went up, and go read your contract. I believe that Spectrum is practicing deception and entrapment and is unethical business practice. Also, I have no way of getting out of my contract. Definitely going to another cable Internet carrier. Plenty out there. I place an official compliant with the FCC, FTC and BBB. Big company like these should be fine heavy for fraud.

I feel bad that this location doesn't get good ratings because I've ALWAYS had good service here. I came in again today to work on a billing issue and I actually had the same tech who helped me on my last visit, Sabbir, who is SUPER good at his job, super friendly and helpful! As someone in the service industry, I truly appreciate good customer service and Sabbir embodies this. Promote this man! Also, I've dealt with Verizon customer service and had a TERRIBLE experience in the past, so dealing with Spectrum customer service is truly a breath of fresh air.

My experience has been horrible. The person who sold me the package miss led me. She told me that there would be no wires outside ( I have a landlord who would not like that). She also said that one tv would be hooked up with apple. When the technician arrived, he told me that "technicians" do not carry the apple. He put a box in instead and had to put wires outside. He by the way was fabulous!!! The next day they scheduled an appointment without my knowledge, I tried canceling it... Customer service of no help at all. I had to send the poor technician away when he showed up.

Not a particular location but having spectrum for my internet/TV/phone which cost over 140/month - outages happen and especially when the kids are at home needing the internet to do their homework since they have been remote learning and since my wife and I have been working remotely we need a reliable connection - best guess according to their rep is 4 hours of no internet.

Terrible. They told me that I would be charged when the service begins but the truth is that they send an email advising that you will be billed the earlier of 5 days from equipment delivery or when you call and they will not adjust. Never mind that there was no cable to the building to connect to and I did not have service. I had to pay for nothing. Worst customer service ever. No show by installers multiple times.

TWC / Spectrum is THE WORST to deal with whenever there is a problem. No matter how many people in the neighborhood are down, they say there is no outage. No matter how many people in the neighborhood are throttled so bad they can't even use the internet other than to connect, TWC/Spectrum will say - there is no problem.First they will try to upsell you. They try to get you to buy a higher priced plan. I can't help but think the outage / brownout was done - on purpose - designed to force customers into a higher priced tier. This is their script. If you don't want the higher priced tier, they will blame your equipment. If you have your own modem or router, they will blame it on that and tell you to contact the manufacturers of your modem and router to get technical assistance. They hate it when customers have their own equipment. TWC/Spectrum would rather have you rent theirs. They NEVER own their technical problems. If they did, they'd owe you a refund for the outage. Very dishonest company.
