“I wanted to stop smoking, so I decided to switch to vaping. I bought a pod system and salts from another store, and the experience was terrible. I wanted a flavor that was similar to disposables, and that wasn't what I received. The vape sat in a drawer, and I continued buying disposables. I always felt bad about discarding lithium batteries every few days, so I resumed my quest for something that I liked. Good Guys is the around the corner from my house, so I decided to stop in.I don't remember the name of the person who helped me, but he was excellent! I explained what I wanted in my weird, convoluted way, yet he knew exactly what I was looking for. I respected the fact that he did not try to sell me a new vape when he easily could have; he let me know the vape I had was perfectly fine. He determined I like a sweeter nic salt, and made the perfect recommendation. I liked that he was knowledgeable and understood the products that he was selling. I have been to other stores that haven't slightest idea. This is another reason why I stuck to disposables. I couldn't find a store who knew what they were talking about. I highly recommend Good Guys, especially if you're new to vaping and need help picking out something you'll like.”

“I'll second what other reviewers have said about Mustafa. He is very attentive and helpful. I had an old vape that wouldn't charge any more, and he tried diligently to test and analyze the situation. Turns out it wasn't the charger I was using, but the thread at the bottom of the battery that was damaged. He then tried to find the lowest-cost solution possible for me, and offered to sell me just the battery compartment of a vape he had that seemed compatible with the tank.
He offered to help me with cleaning, and invited me to call and come by any time I needed help.”

“Had such a great experience here! Even though it was pretty busy when I stopped in, the associate working was incredibly kind and patient. He really took his time with each customer, answering questions and making sure everyone felt comfortable and confident with their choices. You can tell he’s super knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping people find what works best for them.
They also have an awesome selection of products, especially for anyone dealing with chronic pain. It’s nice to see a dispensary that offers so many options tailored to different needs. Overall, just a welcoming, well-run place with top-notch customer service. Definitely recommend!”

“I’ve been going to this place ever since I moved the story of almost 5 years ago. I’ve tried every single Smoke/Vape Shop in Astoria and Long Island city and no place matches the quality of customer service or their products or their prices. It’s small but they have tons of goodies that you can’t find anywhere else And they’re all reasonably priced. The owners are wonderful people as are the staff. I have never had a bad experience and I’ve never known anybody personally who’s had a bad experience. I’ve seen people who have caused trouble while I was there cause sometimes I hang out with this owner briefly when he’s closing up, but those individuals are usually almost always drunk people on a weekend coming from the bar across the street ?
Skip all the other places and do yourself a favor and go to Smoke Station!
