“I saw there were some negative reviews of this place, so I decided to put my own two cents in. I've been going to this post office several times a week over the last six years. Most of the problems I have experienced have nothing to do with the employees, but rather the computer systems they are provided with. But that would apply to all USPS locations. The US mail system desperately needs an overhaul. The cashiers here are always wonderful and put the customer first. Our mail carrier is always pleasant and will often chat for a bit if I'm outside during her delivery run. There is no USPS office that is perfect, but I honestly feel like this branch in particular is as good as it gets.”

“I like going here and having a P.O. Box here but I don’t know if it’s just mean but I can’t seem to get in touch with the post office there is a 1-(800) number but in the past when I tried to call it it didn’t take me to the post office it was a recording”

“Amazing experience. Staff was amazing and the building was very clean and neat. Same women who was cleaning was also at Gowanda post office doing an amazing job cleaning. Love to see the hard work.”
