On 3/17/2023 talked to cashier Jim how it is a pain how they block the registered and suggested to put in a complaint with corporate with my polite conversation. Nice guy about him suggesting that. Filed a complaint with nice conversation with lady on the phone like Jim suggested. I noticed how other CVS stores don't do that so thought it was unusual with this store. Corporate said they will contact the district manager to look into this problem so it can get resolved.

You guys are the absolute best at helping me keep track of all my many medications.Brittany, I'm so glad you learned how to give injections - you made my covid boosters painless!My thanks to all of you for giving me a clean store to shop in, friendly help, and helping me to better understand how to get the most out of my meds I'm taking.Thanks from a very appreciative customer!

I went to pick up my medication a week ago from the drive through. A young man (probably in his late 20's) took care of me at the window. As I'm waiting for my medication the cvs employee coughed and didn't cover his mouth. He was not wearing PPE and gave me the medication as if this pandemic is a joke. I was extremely upset and told him he can be A symptomatic and could easily pass this on to me or anyone else. He started to laugh and joked that nothing will happen. I'm scared and paranoid at this moment. I should not have to deal with such carelessness from a Pharmacey employee. Usually people go there to pick medication because they're not feeling well. This man didn't care to keep customers safe. He clearly should not be working the window at CVS. This pharmacy should train employees to take precautions seriously to keep themselves and customers safe.

I can't believe how bad this pharmacy has gotten. Three times in the last two weeks my doctor has had to send over prescriptions. All three times they are either out of the medication and have to order it, or worse yet, a day later, they haven't filled the script at all. Today, after waiting ten minutes in line (there is always a line here), I was told that my two scripts, which my doctor ordered 27 hours earlier, were not ready because "we are backed up." This is really poor customer service and gross mismanagement. I am reporting them to corporate and will have my prescriptions sent elsewhere.

Pharmacy constantly making mistakes with my prescriptions! My doctor will call in a script and they will say they don't see it than I call and talk to someone else and they can. Causes delays of care and stress. How is this possible?
