Wasn't impressed!!!! With over a hundred helmets on display, not one HJC helmet??? On line only??? How are we to know what size to order ??? We know they all fit different. Bought something else, that of course was more expensive. Didn't even have a box ,so I could wrap it for a Christmas present. Won't shop there again.

The selection at the store is incredible, and what is even more incredible is the Customer Service; every employee I have encountered, including the store manager have gone way out of their way to help me out and offer me honest advice and just be generally awesome people to deal with… This is something that’s so rare in retail these days, especially with a large company like cycle gear. These guys are just awesome and if you didn’t already know, they change tires for $65 apiece, and only $35 apiece if you buy the tires through them!! Thank you Chad and team for your honesty and exemplary customer care.
