This is a difficult one because they are a large corporation that completely monopolizes the home Care industry so it's difficult to support them. But as a monopoly we have to take care of our homesteads one way or the other.

Garbage. Gotta walk a mile to get to plumbing. Then the online ad saying they had what they had was innaccurate. Never shopping here again. I just waisted 45 min on bs fraudulent marketing.

I go to Lowe's when I know what I need The Depot for when I don't know what I need...The people at Lowe's in most of my experiences there are friendly enough but not much help. Update 12/2 the store is a joke I go in for a product on their website can't find it finally locate some help, he says here it is I say no this is not indoor outdoor he says oh the number on the package matches it we must not have updated the stock number I asked him if it'll work he shrugs walks away. Get another product bringing up the checkout it rings up wrong it's up in the wrong spot with the wrong tag bring it back find another employee points to the other end of the store says what you want down there, I go down there big display that says outdoor auto timer however package says indoor use only. I say you know your display says it's an indoor outdoor automatic timer shrugs smiles and walks away. I suddenly remembered why I only go to Home Depot and hate this Lowes.

They charge more to purchase some items in store then to buy the same exact item on line! Its ridiculous it should be the same price regardless, since they then have to pay an employee to walk to the shelf and get the exact item,number one number two it keeps the brick and mortar store in business,keeps the employees working! Plus when you buy from lowes on line you still have to drive to pick the item up, so if you want to order on line might as well order from Amazon as they deliver the item to your front door ! Lowes you lost a customer!

I said in 15 minutes on my way home
15 minutes and gone
1/2 hour he finally calls me
Tells me $900 To swap the 3 year old water tank for the new !!!
He said the one I ordered the height is off 4 inches so he will have to raise the price to raise the height!
I looked at my old Tank Manual and the one I ordered
That’s a lie
Both Are 59 height not a 4 inch difference
I even emptied it the most labor
Easy installed
Water Tank cost $1010.!
They Want $900 to install
Insane and Crazy
He blamed it on a 3rd party Lowe’s App For Installer Pricing!
I’m Not That Stupid!
I call several plumbing company’s today the highest I got was $475
Lowest $350 because I emptied it!

DO NOT USE THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE!!!
I payed an exorbitant amount for same-day shipping which got delayed into the next day. They never updated my delivery time and while I was out they randomly came and dumped it all into a messy pile and completely forgot half my order despite marking the delivery as complete. This place is a borderline scam.
It was bad enough that Lowe's has such a poorly designed back-end for their website that it took me nearly an hour to order my materials, but to be missing half of my order and still have it marked as complete is simply unacceptable.

I have placed an order of $5000 for patio materials on July 23 from colonie lowes and supposed to deliver it in 2 days. Even after 2 weeks no updates. Keep on calling them and also went store 3 times. Everytime they tell, they will deliver it on next day and nothing delivered. My jobs are on hold because on delivery. Not sure what is going. Totally frustrated with the purchase. No help from lowes online representative or instore customer service. Wastage of timeand money.
Such a poor service. Totally disappointed with lowes.

I ordered a sink and hardware on the Lowe's website and selected to have it delivered to my company's new office right off Wolf Rd. It was scheduled for delivery this morning. I received multiple text updates from Lowe's regarding the delivery this morning, culminating with a notification of delivery at around 9:30 a.m. However, I had a contractor on site waiting for the delivery to install it with our new kitchenette, and the delivery never came. He looked all around and inside the building but couldn't locate it. I contacted this Lowe's, as it was marked as the store doing the delivery. Initially, I had multiple Lowe's employees telling me that I "need to contact the Uber driver" for the delivery, and I had to explain multiple times that I didn't order via Uber or Doordash or whatever third party service works with Lowe's; I ordered it direct via the website, and all the text and email updates came directly from Lowe's. Nowhere in that communication was it suggested that a third-party service was responsible for the delivery. I finally discovered that this Lowe's actually uses those third party drivers to deliver locally, and they have no way of contacting the driver to find out where the delivery was left once the delivery is marked as completed, nor were any photos of the delivery spot provided. I kept getting put on hold and spent nearly 45 minutes waiting for a response. I was finally told that they were going to contact Uber to find out information about the delivery and was assured I'd get a call back soon. Waited all day and never heard back; I finally called the store again, only to be told everyone who would know anything about this had left for the day and they couldn't help me. So I had a contractor--who I had to pay--waiting on site all day for this delivery that never showed, and apparently a third-party driver either delivered it to the VERY wrong address or flat-out stole it, and Lowe's has no idea what happened and doesn't seem to care. I'm also quite irritated that so many employees were so dismissive of the issue, being like, "It's not our fault, it's Uber's fault, you ordered it via Uber so you need to contact them," when THEY are the ones who use Uber, and THEY are the ones with the power to contact them regarding a delivery. I had no clue that Uber would be delivering these items when I ordered them directly from Lowe's, and some ownership would be nice.
UPDATE: I called the store again the next day, and this time was told a third party courier service named One Rail was responsible for the issue. Spoke with multiple people about this and nobody knew anything about the issue, and everyone was very flippant about it, like "that's what happens when you order through a third party service." I DIDN'T ORDER THIRD PARTY. I ORDERED DIRECTLY FROM THE LOWE'S WEBSITE. I was given the One Rail number and told to contact them. When I did, it was just an answering service. Left multiple messages, received no call back. Then I contacted Lowe's customer service and was told the store was going to receive a report about the order and they'd be contacting me within the day to "make it right." Never got a call. I called again this morning and YET AGAIN no one had any information. Then, the NERVE to see the new comment from Lowe's on my post asking me to contact them, and I already did that multiple times and the issue is STILL not resolved. I don't understand what is so difficult about this. Everyone is so concerned with denying responsibility or ownership or figuring out who else they can blame. Just give me what I ordered or give me a refund.

Today’s experience was the worst here at Lowe’s!! My husband and I waited at least 15 min before anyone showed up to help us get a dewalt salzer after asking the customer service guys twice to help us! Finally when the guy shows up he’s giving us attitude because he has to do his job it’s ridiculous and we’re asking him about a specific tool and he’s whispering under his breath we will spend the next 4 hours looking for it!! My husband and I just left with the one tool because we felt like we were begging him..
Very disappointed today!!!

Had to pick up a ship to store order, or at least part of one.
Never going back at lunch time ... lack of staff resulted in almost an hour of waiting for someone to bring my item up from receiving.
I still have to go back to get the rest of the order when it comes in. Not looking forward to it.
