I can not begin to explain how appreciative I am to Monro Tire customer service, especially their employee Justin who saw that my tire was going flat at the gas station and took time out of his day to help me get it fixed. They truly care about you as a person and don't try to scam you for $$. Will only use them for car servicing from now on!

I got a flat tire and AAA came and replaced it with a donut. The AAA road technician told me not to drive too far or fast on it because it was just a donut. She also gave me the names of a few places to call to get a new tire, so I called Monro on 1550 Central Ave because it was nearby. I called and spoke to Brandon Blanchard, who was so nice and told me to “come on over,” so I did. He and his co-worker installed two new tires for me, aligned them, and also did a brief inspection. They discovered I was dangerously low on oil, so they also replaced my oil, all for a reasonable price. They were both so nice and helpful. I will definitely be returning!

The staff is very friendly but my experience wasn’t the best . Went for an inspection, had issues , repaired and sent out on the road . Still hasn’t passed due to 2 monitors not complete but was told to drive it and they will run . Been 6000 miles and still hasn’t passed due the same issue . Now this has almost 3 months and it’s still not ready . The first location couldn’t diagnose due to their computer being stolen so they sent me to another location and dropped off on a Sunday morning. Never heard from them so I went at 5 o’clock (closing) to pick it up and was told to come back later . Went at 7 o’clock to get it and they hadn’t even looked at it . Was told to come back the next week and they would get it in . Not for nothing but what do I have to ask for to get the car inspected . I Have 0 check engine lights . Great people to deal with just not fixing the issue

Huge shout out to Justin, I came in, in a panic needing all new tires for a 3 hour drive the next day. He got me what I needed, was extremely helpful and very friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! 10/10 ask for Justin!!

My regular shop was full so I called around and this shop went above and beyond to get me in, and absolutely blew me away with the service they gave. Brandon went above and beyond - was transparent and honest about costs and what was priority and what I could wait for. I would drive farther again for the service provided.

I was there early for a state inspection after the other places told me they couldn’t get me today , Justin made some recommendations. I did what I could afford and they had me on my way. I will be back for sure!

I changed brakes just to need to replace them again in 5 months. The store didn’t own it their mistake. Tthe mechanics at Monroe don’t know what they are doing and likely use bad and cheap parts. Also, the prices are not competitive at all.

My mom‘s car was making some weird rubbing noises and she took it to Monroe automotive in colonie, New York. They diagnosed it as needing new front brakes. We were aware that they were on their last legs so we asked him if he could get it done the same day. Even though it was late in the day, Justin, the service manager said he could do it Even though they close at seven. Anyway, we came back at 6:45 and Justin said they weren’t finished yet but if he gave him another half an hour, they would work past closing and get the job done for us. Long story short, Justin and the Monroe automotive crew worked till 730, half an hour past closing to get our brake job done for the same day! I appreciate Justin’s crews dedication to customer service and would definitely recommend Monroe automotive in colony New York.

Justin and Brandon were absolutely amazing in assisting me with my vehicle needs. Like having a father away from home. Very thankful to them both for going above and beyond and also being the best. Will definitely be returning for anything future car related needs.

Justin helped me out a bunch. I was able to get a tire alignment during my lunch break. Justin also let me know my battery was on its way out so I purchased a new one. The staff is great; They go over the vehicle and inform on what needs maintenance/repair/replacement. Justin worked within my budget and helped me to address the important things firstly. I will be back to get some tires put on in a couple weeks.
