Cadillac is GM luxury car. My car is 13 years old with 75k miles. They said that they would give me 3500 for it. No rust, no damage, a little dirty. Not a scratch though. If your luxury cars are worthless in 13 years.... I am definitely not interested in a Cadillac. I recommend you seriously consider a different brand. You don't want to be insulted what you thought was a good car choice.Response-Let me repeat myself, a GM Luxury doesn't hold the value of other luxury cars, not the state of the market. What the market is saying that no one wants to buy a Cadillac. If people wanted a used Cadillac, the market price would be much higher and the value of the car will be higher.orI came in after work, all dirty and unshaven. A person who could not get a loan. Then you really underestimated me. In any case, Cadillac is definitely not on my radar for a next car. And probably doing any kind of business with Otto is a NO.

Had a great experience and totally love my new ride.Old news??????.So after having the XT5 for few months now. Not as great as I thought it was . Constantly having a dew spot when running the A/C in the lower part of the windshield - obstructing my view,I’ve had issues with my brakes every since leaving the place . They’ve checked them twice now - goes away for couple days but comes back . Not sure what going on there. Just. Can’t wait till I can trade this car in and go back to my Chevy.Don’t know what I was thinking.

My older Cadillac had clogged drains in the skylight causing water to leak in the cabin . Amber , Otto's Service Adviser , was so helpful and pleasant and responsive ! I will definitely shop Otto when time to upgrade.

(See End For Updated Review)Otto Cadillac told me a software update to activate "Park Assist" and some other maintenance issues would take two hours. Five hours later they said they were done. However, when I got home and tried the newly activated "Park Assist" it did not work at all. Basically an entire day wasted. They had to know that it wasn't working when the tech was "done"..... yet did not mention anything to me about it. Pretty disappointed....especially it being my very first interaction with the service dept. On the upside, they did provide me with a loaner which was way more comfortable then sitting five hours in the waiting area....nonetheless, five hours is five hours and I was forced to miss a later in the day appointment because of the three hour overage on the estimated work time. I think in the future if a loaner is provided...I will just go home (One hour away) and pick the car up the following day if I'm allowed to do so.Update: The people at Otto Cadillac saw this review and contacted me the same day it was posted. They set me up with an appointment to fix/correct everything that needed such and sent a driver on that day with a loaner to my house (one hour away from dealership) to get my car and leave me with the loaner. The switch was made and literally 4 hours later he was back with the car all fixed and back to the dealership he went in the loaner. I have amended my stars from two to five. Frankly, I'm pretty impressed by the whole experience. Nice Job Otto Cadillac!

We had our cadillac towed to this dealer for diagnostic analysis. The car was damaged by a large metal object on the NYS thruway that hit the undercarriage. No physical damage was done to the car, it needed to be assessed mechanically. After speaking with Amber in service, (who was very helpful) we arranged to have the car towed and pay up front for the diagnostic charge. We provided our credit card to the dealer. By the next day when we called to see when they would be able to work on it, we were told the car was no longer there and they didn't know where it was. Apparently the general manager decided without any notice or the courtesy of a phone call ,he would not have the car on the lot and had it towed away. This was an insurance claim and they refused to look at it even though we had provided our credit card . We were shocked at this treatment when we had taken all the necessary steps and arranged through the service department for a diagnostic of our vehicle. This dealer is obviously not looking after their customers best interests. I would have given no stars at all, but unfortunately this is not an option.

I called the dealership today very interested in their CT5 blackwing. I am a Cadillac owner as I own a CT4 black wing 2023. I am very disappointed on how I was treated as a buyer and customer of Cadillac. First I dealt with the business development manager, Sean. Sean was very blunt, and had the attitude that he really didn’t care about my business. I then asked to speak to one of the general sales managers Ian, I again got the blunt, not good enough attitude from him. The dealership offered me a very low number on my trade and did not want to make a deal over $2000 on $110,000 car marked up 5000. Disappointing to say the least turning away a serious buyer who would’ve bought the car today if just anyone there could’ve made the deal a bit more tasteful. Wouldn’t recommend.

I must say Otto Cadillac has been outstanding in assisting me order and purchase a new Escalade. Starting with entering the dealership to driving away with my new vehicle everyone has been extremely helpful. I had the pleasure with to deal with Carlos, a member of the sales team, to assist me with the appropriate information in trading my old vehicle to a new vehicle. Carlos went over and beyond to make this sale happen. I appreciated all his help in building this new vehicle with the features, options and color schemes to my liking. In addition, I had numerous questions after the fact and he returned responses in a reasonable time. The day I came to pick up the vehicle, the people involved with contracts and instruction to operate the vehicle were knowledgeable and pleasant. I am extremely pleased with my experience and the follow up visits for upcoming maintenance checks will most likely be the same. I would recommended Otto Cadillac to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Wonderful dealership and top-notch staff. We live over 2 hours away but Otto made it easy to get us the vehicle we wanted and with no hassles! Mike and Declan made everything come together quickly and were always available to answer any questions we had.

Staff is friendly and took care of my needs. One part was not in stock, so I will have to go back next week. Parts and labor are very expensive. They offered me an extended warranty program that, given the cost of repairs, I am seriously considering.

Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. They made the process of buy a used car easy. They also cleaned the cars up nicely. I test drove a couple cars at different dealership and theirs by far were the cleanest and that definitely helped sell the car for me it felt like I was in a brand new car even though it was used. You can tell that they take pride in their work by the way they present the cars

A truly genius state of the art vehicle with some mind blowing features and whopping 312miles per charge. Such an amazing and customer friendly staff and beautiful ambiance. I had been looking at XT5 for a few weeks. I went to a dealer closer to me, but they didn't have any in stock that fit what I wanted. They said they would call the next day because they were going to see about doing a "trade" with another dealer. They never called. My husband looked up Cadillacs, and Otto popped up first as a dealer. We decided to drive the 45 minutes to see what they had. I'm so glad we did. Customer service there was above and beyond any that I have ever experienced at a dealership. Steve LeMon was our salesperson. He showed us all the XT5s that they had, as well as looking to see what they had coming in. We worked out an excellent deal, and ended up putting a down payment on one that evening. Two days later, I picked up my new car. The rest of the staff we dealt with at pick up were excellent as well. I highly recommend Otto to anyone looking for a Cadillac and wants an excellent buying experience.
