Business banking -- I do not recommend banking at SEFCU/Broadview for business purposes. I especially don't recommend using this branch. I've had many issues, but my recent attempts to work with them was the last straw. I want to add a signer to my account, so when I am unavailable, someone can deposit checks. That's all. I'm busy. So I go in and ask what the process is. The woman makes zero eye contact, gives me some forms and tells me to have them filled out, bring in the signers photo ID, and all of the original business paperwork. So, being that my business is mostly remote and all over the state, I go mailing forms and gathering information. A month later, I go in to drop it all off and get the signer added. New woman (Sharee). No eye contact, like I'm not even there. I tell her I want to add a signer. She stares at her screen for about 5 minutes "I'm just printing some things," talks to the guy in the cubicle next to her, and comes back with the same forms I already filled out. Starts to tell me that all members of the account need to come in and I need to fill out XYZ forms. I tell her the other woman told me to do a different process, which I already went through all the work to do. She goes and talks to that woman, who doesn't remember meeting with me and telling me all that. Whatever the process is, fine, I'll do it. If y'all weren't so rude, impersonal, and checked out, maybe I could get somewhere and actually run my business in conjunction with my bank. I will be opening an account for each of my businesses at a different institution and making the transition, unfortunately.

After SEFCU became Broadview, I have had nothing but problems. Every time I try to transfer my money, they block my account, take days to verify my identity and make me reinitiate the transfers. In a day and age where money moves within seconds, these guys make me spend hours on the phone and weeks before I can move money. I am closing my bank account with them and never going back.

I called to see if my debit card had been reactivated and I was on hold for over 25 minutes. Unacceptable. I never had this issue when it was just SEFCU.

Most corrupt bank I've ever worked with. Absolutely horrible how they treat their members. Do NOT open an account with SEFCU...it is a mistake.

Not my regular branch. Ours was closed. The atm out of order and the drive thru was anightmare. I can't think of why I would come to the this location again in the future. I just left.

Very slow drive through. Been waiting 25 minutes and moved 2 car spaces.I wrote the above 2 years ago and sadly they haven’t gotten any better. Still a 30 minute wait for the drive thru.

I had questions regarding my accounts and I was helped by Jaclyn at the Wolf Road Branch. Jaclyn was not only patient with me and my needs but I could also tell that she cared about providing an overall great customer experience.Refreshing to see someone that takes pride in her job. Bravo, Jaclyn!!!

great, friendly service. a bit of a wait in line (Friday) but my teller was incredible. went in to pay off my mortgage and he handled everything-- a few things before I even asked! he answered all my (many) questions fully and confidently. I rarely go into the branch (mostly use online banking) but I've always received excellent customer service here! keep up the good work!

Likes MANY others before me have said, very VERY slow drive-thru lines. You'd think it was run by the Sloths from Zootopia. Seriously sad service.

Two days in a row waited over 45 minutes in drive thru-line. Rediculous! Yes Covid is real, but we need our banks to be open and available to use.

SEFCU has great customer service and addresses concerns efficiently. They were a great help when someone stole my account information, they protected my account and helped me recover from the loss!

This is the slowest branch I've ever been to. More than 25 minutes just waiting in the drive up. No one apologizes and says "So sorry for your wait," no one is friendly enough that you feel waiting so long wasn't so bad. They clearly need a manager who wants their employees to be better trained in customer service.
