They always help you find exactly what you need and have a huge selection of vapes, accessories, glassware, stickers, pins, and other cool items. The atmosphere is really chill and welcoming, and the employees actually take the time to answer questions and make good recommendations. I had a couple hours of down time on my way to Utica and I stopped by for a cigar. The lounge is big enough- the place is super comfortable. Ventilation is excellent.
Multiple TVs and the vibe is friendly and entertaining.
The selection in their humidor is exceptional and prices are better here than at a few nearby spots.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and appreciated the hospitality. There is no coffee or drinks available in this location but a coffee shop right next door handles that. Plus a SBX across the parking lot. It was total relaxation - that is what I was going for. Thanks guys!”
“I was in town and looking for a cigar and found this place. Found a handful of very nice people watching a movie and enjoying a smoke. The humidor is small but is full of fantastic cigars. I had a really nice time here, was treated very well and will return. Its just a great cigar room.”
“A banner premium cigar shop is an excellent place to stop and enjoy your cigar. I found myself traveling coming out of the Albany airport and this place was only a few miles away. I’m so glad I stopped here. I met Drennen, the guy behind the counter who could not have been better at helping me with my selection, getting me settled in for a cigar and a quiet place in their lounge and took care of everything I needed. True hospitality.
The prices are a little higher than I’m used to in Maryland, but I understand that and it was still a great value and a great experience. I will definitely be back - maybe next week.
The lounge is comfortable and well ventilated and very nicely appointed with premium seating and other creature comforts. Their selection is very good and depending on your taste they have anything you could want. I highly recommend this lounge.”

Recently purchased the Gold tobacco flavored Air bar JK rechargeable only 16.99. Never tried it before, I must say it packs a punch to the back of your throat like a strong soda haha However the flavor is like a vanilla tobacco, not too sweet, which I like! “This is a clean and very decent store. They have a ton of different varieties of loose tobacco, which is what I was there for. I really was hoping that they had organic tobacco, but they don’t. Not a whole lot of stores carry it. I am not a smoker, I was going there to get organic tobacco for other uses. But I wasn’t disappointed with the store, and the woman who was working there was as helpful as she could be, and pleasant. They carry unbranded large bags of loose tobacco in different blends, which look pretty good, but I have to say that I did not try them out because I really wanted the organic stuff. This store is definitely worth a stop if you need loose tobacco or other supplies and are in the vicinity. Plenty of safe parking - this place is in a fairly modern and very safe strip mall on the outskirts of Rensselaer / East Greenbush.”
“Is it necessary to review any place that is a neighborhood Beverage Center. I was prompted, so here goes. Ok. I dont often have a need for my patronage of these purveyors of Alcoholic Beverages, but I was pre-concert doing the part of a designated driver. I have gone here when holidays, or Company are going to visit my humble abode. And in this case, a Rock concert. The owners, have always been very courteous and accomodating when prompted for info on a new Beer, or some other Brew related minutia. They are and should be gregarious if they want repeat business. They are knowledgeable and sociable and Regulars probably care more about distance than a hello or some half hearted concern for the weather. And I close with, I was given a beer glass with a purchase and my holiday cheer was recognized with a Heineken beer glass. Slainte as said in my house.”

They used to be the worst '.. the beverage ' store in the Capitol District under the previous management, and it took a while for the new management to straighten things out. The new management cleaned up the place, but what I really like about them is that they are business people and listen to the customers. I told them what my favorite hard-to-find beer was, and they now are stocking it on the shelves, so I can buy it weekly -- something that would be impossible under the old management.”
