I have been going to Trustco for work 5 days a week for 25 years. Everyone is always very pleasant. Queen, Mei and Bob are actually some of the best I've seen come through.. Bob always greets me with a smile and they all do their best to get me out as quick as possible.

The tellers at this bank are always fast and friendly. Queen is the best head teller they have had since I’ve been banking there. Mei and Bob are always friendly and ready to help. The manager is always smiling and saying hello.
