Always quick and friendly, but often closes earlier than the time posted on their website and door. Today I arrived 10 mins before to do an important shipment and they were already closed. Not the first time. Forced to go to USPS this time.

Tonight was the third time this month I showed up at 6:50 PM and they were closed when their hours are clearly posted until 7 PM… I’ve decided to stop using UPS forever unless it’s a necessity

The person in charge here should be ashamed, witnessed a women hit one of their pregnant employees and they did nothing, the employee actually got in trouble all because a machine isn't self service something the employee doesn't even have control over. Disgusting

Usually this place is okay. But today I walk in, place smells like marijuana, like someone is growing and cutting it. And the guy behind the counter had hair that had not been brushed in years , very messy and matted looking. Extremely unprofessional for customer service

Thieves, stole sneakers out of my packages, now Nike won’t give me my refund due to the sneakers being missing. Called into the store and there’s nothing they can do, beyond ridiculous!!!

I go to this UPS store for all my returns. Have always had a positive experience with the employees. I really feel bad for them sometimes though because they deal with a lot of dickhead customers that I seen firsthand. Couldn’t be me

My number one spot for all shipping needs and return services. The staff is always friendly and helpful thus creating an atmosphere that is very welcoming and I always leave with a smile on my face this is what I call excellent customer service! The management and staff here deserves to be commended.

I came in yesterday to ship something, but misunderstood the directions and did not bring a box to ship the items. Despite forgetting, the friendly attendant offered to box and ship my items for free. Very kind and helpful! Will continue to use this store.

Closed during regular hours! Website says,"OPEN", Sign says ,"OPEN", yet it's closed. Unacceptable to not post accurate hours. Avoid at all costs.

I had to fax something and went here to do it. Upon entering, Shalin greeted me and was able to set me up quickly . While I was filling out the cover sheet, she took care of several other customers. She was so friendly and pleasant to all. She efficiently moved between my faxes and waiting on other customers. It was amazing how much she accomplished. She is truly an exceptional worker and, even more importantly, a really nice person. I commend her highly.

Had an issue with an Amazon item. (2 items, Same Vendor, Different Addresses, one USPS and one UPS). Shalin greeted me with a smile and, when I explained the issue to her she said "no problem". Took both packages, issued me a receipt for the USPS item and apologized for not being able to issue a receipt for the UPS item. She made an already frustrating transaction much easier. She deserves a BIG ATTA GIRL!!!!!
