I was denied service for C-19 vaccines. The staff were on their phones. Their excuse was that the vaccine were frozen, then they followed up with “they don’t have time to do it”. I was there more than 4 hours before closing. No eye contact, I felt dismissed and each response with attitude.

I been with this pharmacy for years gary always been professional and always had time to help a coustmer if they had questions about a medication he cares about his coustmers and will bend over backwards to get your medcation if its not in stock. Great personality! All his staff is awesome to always have smile on there faces even when there busy great team at this location! Thank you guys

I was in the Colonie Walgreen's last night and saw two carts full of candy. When I asked the clerk what was happening to it, he said it was going to be disposed of because it had expired. I checked the expiration date and it was JULY 20. He said they have to get rid of "food items" a month before their expiry. I think this policy is ridiculous. Offer it at a discount or donate it. Shame on your wastefulness, Walgreen's.
