The previous crew was much nicer and faster. I stop here every day and I'm thinking I won't anymore!!! Person behind the counter is always too busy on the phone or video chat to assist you!!!! They do try to be nice but lack of communication and english not working. Sorry but to many 7/11 to choose from near by.Taking my business elsewhere from now on. And if you are stupid like me that spends hundreds of dollars on NY scratch offs a week don't stop here !!!! They have only a few to choose from. The machine they have is empty and only maybe 1 or 2 from behind the counter. I believe new ownership has ruined this place!!!!

Manager is very rude. Yelled at my wife because she asked to put her phone number in after him not giving her a chance when she paid. When she was explaining what happened he just continued to yell and even threatened her. Will be filing a formal complaint as this behavior is totally unacceptable especially for a MANAGER.

Squeaky clean store as well as clean functional restroom and the food was hot tasty and fresh, cashiers and stocker guys were really nice, cable tv in the store (cablevision)which you can never get at any 7 eleven, slurpee is off the hook big gulp was great etc. All drinks were tasty and very functional slurpee and fountain machines. The microwave and other appliances in the store works great never had an issue at all with anything at the store. Would go again anytime anyday

The staff are usually very nice, we all have our bad days though...the store is clean and well-stocked with different items.The fresh/deli area is great. I wish they got back the Mediterranean pasta salad. The lot exit and entrance are tough to navigate at times.

Rude counter older man, always missing 711 goods never restocks others aren't fresh. The entrance and exit can be complicated.
