I bought some items. After a month I was told they’d come in dribs and drabs because an employee stole lots of money so Ace restricted the franchise on its purchases. So now I have to make multiple trips to them to get all of my items I bought 2 months ago.

I really liked Ace over HD I know it costs more but the customer service over the past few years has been awesome. Unfortunately a couple of weeks ago I went in shortly before closing for a wrench and a few nuts, apparently the lady manager wasn’t happy. The team member that helped me was great but the lady manager whistled the song closing time. I walked out 2 minutes after their advertised close and wont be back.

Folks at Ace treated my problem as their own and were able to work out an innovative fix for my hammock as it was originally to short to tether onto the stand. Great service, great folks—always have my support.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped me try to find the part I was looking for. Did not have what I was looking for but tried to help me resolve the dilemma. Will definitely be back.

Looks like this is shutting down. They are not restocking there stock. Many of the shelves are empty. They haven't had bird seed for over a month now I really liked this store

The worst experience I've ever had returning a product! purchased a $30 product w/ a gift card for $9, and $21 credit card. Returned product within 30 days (1 week) and they told me they have to refund in $30 gift card, they cant return my Credit Card $21 payment! So they suck you into having to now spend $30 at their store! What a Scam! Try to give the local guy some business, and now this noncense! So disappointed, and will never shop there again!

I have been coming to this Ace since it first opened, every single time I’ve been greeted and helped with the utmost respect and care. Frank is one of the greatest workers there; always showing me the best products for what I need. He asks questions and makes sure I am getting the correct item for the purpose. Hands down the best customer service around! Frank really knows his stuff and is incredibly helpful, I have no doubt he sheds his positive attitude to the other employees as everybody is always very nice. 10 out of 5 stars in my book.

We walked in and were immediately greeted with smiles and asked if we needed anything. Jared assisted us with copying our keys and after we messed up what needed copies he made sure to make it right. He was very helpful and friendly :)
