Went to this location yesterday morning a very new young beautiful very clean lady I think her name is Rachel was able to help I really appreciate it thank you to bringing more new young people very professional and be able to help.

Avoid this store at all costs. During my first visit, I found four customers waiting while a young lady, who was in training, sat alone and was unable to assist anyone. It was 11 AM, and the person who was supposed to train her never showed up.
The next day, I foolishly returned to the same location and recounted my experience to Rafael, who was in charge. He informed me that they were understaffed, and the company refused to pay him overtime, which is why he wasn’t there the day before. He left an untrained person in the store, allowing customers to enter without anyone to help them.
Rafael wasn’t able to assist me either and simply provided me with a link to get my phone repaired. Ultimately, I received a new phone thanks to the assistance of the repair store, which suggested that I take the replacement when I received it to an AT&T location. However, that visit turned out to be a disaster. Rafael again failed to offer any insights or assistance for transferring my son’s old data to his new phone or for getting started with it.
To make matters worse, he refused to give me contact information for his manager or anyone else who could help. He wouldn’t provide me access to someone more experienced. This incident took place at location 6039 Jericho Turnpike in Commack. Rafael claimed that he works for Fine Communications, which is not affiliated with AT&T. He said he was the manager and refused to provide me with his company contact so I could receive proper assistance.
Additionally, during my four visits, I noticed cars in the back of the building with individuals in their mid-twenties hanging out with the staff. Rafael was degrading, prejudiced, and demeaning, making my family feel unsafe. His condescending attitude and lack of knowledge about the products or customer service were unacceptable. I strongly advise you to avoid this store!

The gentleman who is running the store and Commack New York is named Joe. He was patient kind and very understanding.
During my experience in the store, Joe was able to answer not only some of the questions I had but able to add on some More helping me with AT&T
I’ve been on AT&T all my life and even worked on the account in advertising. I want to point out that Joe is one of the best you can see so if you need a new phone or anything along those lines, especially questions answered for your phone drop into the AT&T store on Jericho, TPK and Commack

Was helped by joe last week, very knowledgeable guy took his time with us and with helping us pick out phones, also went the extra mile to make sure we were informed about the bill and any charges, great experience with this guy. Thank you joe hope to do business again.

The personnel from this store don't have much info about what we are looking for, we basically has to go home and call to the call center and they help us by the phone so good

Terrible costumer service, I upgrade my phone and returned my old and I was still charged. Jacob the officer manager at the time never forwarded my old phone. I was charged and dealing with this matter presently . This happened in December 2023. The district manager Jaime is aware of this situation and has done absolutely nothing. Since December there has been three store managers in this location good for nothing. I have been in touch several times with Aakem and still no answer. I was informed by him that I am not the only costumer with this issue. Of course Aakem is no longer there. They currently have a covering manager who I have spoken to at the store, he said he was going to handle my situation. Today I called after several times of no call back, I sent a text to the (see test) (((((Hello, this is jenny, I have called you twice left messages and still no call back. I am still dealing with the balance in my account that has not been dealt with at this point. I don’t know what else to do except to file a case against AT&T small claim court, or further. This is now considered fraud.))))) finally, i received a call back today from him, explaining why I was charged. I asked him to read my notes on my account, this has been an on going matter. His words exactly to were ‘ IM NOT GOING TO DO THIS BACK AND FORTH THING WITH YOU, DO NOT CALL BACK’!! and hung back. I immediately text him (see text) (((( I have your information and I will make sure to report on how rude and unprofessional you are.)))))). I am flabbergasted with this kind of costumer service. There is no leadership, guidance, poor costumer service, and poor training. The staff has no idea on what they are doing. Shame on AT&T, after over 20 years of using there service, they have convinced me that it’s time to chance..
