“Sunken Meadow did my repair after a lady turned right into my car. It was for quarter panel damage and the surrounding area. Everybody was very nice there. They kept me well informed the entire time of the repair and everything went smoothly. The results were fantastic. They made my 2015 Grand Cherokee look brand new again. Right down to the letter badging on the side. I would definitely use them again for any auto repair that involves body work, (and I'm a car guy so I'm very particular about who works on my cars). They do excellent work, and the front office simplified the entire transition. Thank you Sunken Meadow Auto Collision.”
“The AutoZone on New York Ave gave me horrible, rude service. I went in to exchange a turn signal bulb and they gave me the same one back. Came to the Commack location, and the bulb they gave me wasn’t even in the system. Thankfully, the store manager here was super helpful and got it all sorted. I’ll be coming back to Commack from now on.”

“I wanna say my experience was great it took an little time to for the to process my Wheel maybe an day our two late but I have received my order in 5 Days Max I had constant communication with the sales representative she has been very kind and patient with me even why I didn’t like my answer to her telling me I have to wait on an email she have honored her word and emailed me back with an confirmation number and tracking number to my order and I just checked it and it looks brand new as the picture showed when I seen it online I’m gonna give it an 4Stars overall and yes I am really an Live Customer I just felt they deserved my time to put in an review for anyone who is in needs help tryna find help”

I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time and I was still helped very quickly didn’t expect it. Lani suggested I rotate my tires and that was helpful. The techs Ryan R & Moyton A were very quickly with their work in changing my 2 tires and rotating . I was out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you so much guys. Much appreciated for what you do !”
“Excellent, fast service! I brought my jeep in because the start stop function stopped working. The mechanic Peter took the time to explain to me how the battery worked and why I had to replace it.
