Update: I went back 3 years later in 2024 and everything above is still relevant. They always take the extra step. From my original repair there were some things we decided not to fix due to budget, when I sent it in for a tune up they fixed some of these open issues and didn’t even mention it when I picked up the bike!! They’re so good they don’t need to tell you the extra work they did!! I left and road straight to Heckshire state park and it felt like a brand new bike!!! These guys really are the best I wish I could leave more reviews on this place!”
