“I did not purchase my wedding dress here (although the shop has beautiful gowns and I wish I did shop here). But I wanted to share my experience with the staff. As a bride to be, only a few days out from my wedding, I found issues with my gown which was purchased in NYC and with limited time could not return to the shop of the initial purchase. I came here to village bridal looking for any help I could get. Julita and additional staff took the time out of their very busy day to help troubleshoot my bridal dress mishaps. They quite literally gave me advice that fixed my bridal gown problems and saved me from my very worrisome issues. I could not be more thankful and grateful to them. Their communication and accommodations for me were more than I could have asked for. I’m so grateful I walked into this shop as my last ditch effort for help. I highly recommend wedding dress shopping here as I know the staff will go above and beyond to make each and every bride feel and look as special as they should on their big day.”

“I was a bit nervous to go to my first ever wedding dress appointment for a multitude of reasons. But Alexa was absolutely amazing. She was very kind and patient. I had picked out a dress that I absolutely loved on their site and knew I wanted to try on. Alexa still let me look and try on many other dresses to make absolutely sure I was giving myself options. I wasn't expecting to pick a dress that same day but my heart was set on the one I saw online- I just knew when it was on. Also the shop is so beautiful!
