I wish I could put Zero stars!
I deposited a check from Chase Commack, NY branch account into my Florida SunCoast account. It cleared and I took some money out, then found that Chase NY reversed the check and the branch couldn’t explain why. There was plenty of money in the account. It caused my SunCoast account to be locked for two weeks while they did a fraud investigation. No fraud was found.
Chase NY also didn’t send a wire transfer when they were supposed to which caused a problem, and again, they couldn’t say why.
I live in Florida now, and all three Chase banks near me have terrible google reviews. Unfortunately I had to open an account at one of them (which will be temporary) and when I went to do so there were no customers inside, but no associate was available to open a new account! I had to make an appointment for the following week.

Have been using this bank for two years. Very accommodating and professional. Matthew Haddad even sat down with me for an hour and went over many different options/benefits. A+

Great customer service. This is an excellent bank. Been coming to this bank for years now. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. John who works there is the best. He calls me to check up on me and to see if I have any questions or concerns. It's so refreshing to have a bank that truly cares about their clients. Thank you all and see you guys soon. =)

Client service representative was very rude, manager was defensive and not helpful, I have been a chase client private client for 25 years and have never been treated that terrible, these people should never be allowed to work in this type of setting.

Don’t waste your time here if you have to deal with a banker in person. Made an online appointment, Diego calls earlier in the day to change the appointment seeing as it is Saturday and probably wants to go home on time. I accommodate his request, rush to the earlier appointment just to sit around almost to the the time of the original appointment. Very unprofessional.

I have been to this branch a couple of times before and never had a issue. Last time I went, I was treated very rudely by this female teller. I was shocked at the way she spoke to me. When I go back and if she is still there, I'd rather wait longer inline than get her again.

Teller with long dark hair and braces is very accusatory and unprofessional. Caregivers to elderly family members should not be treated like criminals immediately upon walking up to the counter. I understand taking extra precautions for our senior citizens but she could have handled the interaction as a professional.

I don't understand the low reviews. Chase Bank makes depositing checks so convenient through their app. In terms of this location in specific, it's a good branch with friendly staff with convenient parking.

The Customer Service is Top Notch and Linda, Thomas and Frank are the best workers. I hope that more customers continue to use this Bank and when I go there I am greeted with nothing but a smile. Hope you also get good Service here.

Very rude people in there I wish they can treat customers kindly and not being rude about something the woman was being really rude I wish I could rely on her and sort out the problem she said i can’t help you didn’t even apologize and one woman didn’t know what she was doing and I can never go there ever again very disgusted
