Ms. Hunter went well above and beyond to assist me. She was unbelievably patient, knowledgeable and thorough. It is so refreshing that in this day and age of being relagated to off shore support, that great service in the community can still be had. Thank you Chase.

I went to atm took out money amd needed change of a 5 for 5 singles waited 17 mins on 1/8/20 at 900am. There was 4 people sitting behind desks and 1 poor soul the actual teller. Customer relations has so slipped at chase lately. Hope they figure it out!

Zero stars... A check was altered and then cashed at this branch in the amount of $100,000. I would hope that in the 21st century the bank would have measures in place to make sure the check was not tampered with... not at this branch as the check was white washed and cashed in the amount of $100,000. I suspect someone in the bank was in on it and cashed the check for a piece of the proceeds. I am not a Chase customer just and unfortunate victim of check fraud. I wouldn't never bank at chase, especially this branch.
