Bob's really helped me out! I had a flat screw in my tire found on a Friday as we were leaving for the airport. We were returning Monday night and I needed to get to work early Tuesday morning. I was told just come in the am and we'll get it fixed if it's fixable while you wait. Fortunately my son came home from college and was able to bring in Monday true to their word it was fixed ASAP while my son waited. I plan on using them for all my auto needs.

I needed a tire repaired, I went to Bob’s Tire & Auto Service. After being rudely answered when I asked a man whom I later learned from himself was the owner [Bob] did he work there I still nicely asked about possibility of a repair. Throughout Bob was short, rude and very unprofessional. When I first asked the price of a used tire, he ignored me. I was about to leave then decided to give the man an opportunity to correct the situation. However when the rudeness escalated and I’d had enough I asked Bob why he was being so short and rude to me, his reply said everything to me that I needed to realize the type of low class person in front of me,“Well then go F yourself!” When I asked him what he had just said he proudly repeated it.Now you have to understand I’m 6’5 240lbs, so no I’ve NEVER been spoken to in that way. But I also have a poetry and fitness ministry, and it was only by God’s love and direction which I explained to Bob that I left; and he was still able to be his rude, obnoxious and unprofessional miserable self. Which I’m certain is why his parking lot always appears empty, though it rest on a main busy road like Jericho. Amen?His real score MINUS 100 plus

Very nasty and rude.I would never recommend this place.If you are miserable and unhappy you should not be serving the public. There isa tire place on just about every corner on Jericho turnpike and my money is good in every one of them.Choose wisely and where customer service is better and cheaper.Very overpriced. That tells you business is not good.

The price of gas is 3).04 for regular down the block at speedway, I always like to support the local guy but I felt like an a** when I saw$ 3.45 a gallon, come on my guy be a little competitive

The mechanic I dealt with tile past two occasions for oil changes and state inspections was very friendly and easy to deal with. Their prices seemed to be competitive with any of the other service stations in the area. I would definitely use them again.

Honest mechanics and owner. Anyone who has bad things to say about the attitude it is because the customer gave attitude first. If you think a smart businessman like Bob will take verbal abuse after he does his best to please his customers think again. You give respect you get respect. This is life 101.

Yes bob does good work but the prices are just way too Ridiculous . Make sure before you go to call and ask how much for the service. I’m willing to bet you will find a better price somewhere else. I went to get my entire exhaust deleted at the time I didn’t ask around and payed 500. Went to another shop and I could have done it for 340.
