Pharmacy is a scam. Charges inflated prices that can't be adjusted through drive through. Had to walk to back of store on a fractured ankle to have price automatically cut in half. Prices fluctuate randomly for various prescriptions.

C v s self checkout machines suck.
They don't work in after numerous tries.Even with an associate , it had to be done manually.
So where is the cost savings.

On my profile, it says a certain prescription manufacturer and I didn’t think I had to check my prescription when I was at the drive up window. It’s very careless and I don’t know who is dealing with my prescription, but I will call tomorrow morning when they open up at 9 AM and get the correct prescription. It’s very important to open up and check your prescriptions before you leave the drive window. I didn’t think I had to worry cause that’s my pharmacy but I guess I do because it’s negligent.
I talked to a few pharmacist about this and it should’ve been in my profile and it’s like they don’t care?
You don’t fool around the prescriptions

Stayed here for my birthday last year, the staff were so welcoming, food was great! We would definitely recommend it. Will be back again next year

Shopping is fun...And the gal at the register makes it the most enjoyable because she gets the money. Carol at CVS on Commack Road in Commack ,NY was a kind, caring, efficient representative to CVS. What a nice lady! Working hard to give you her best!!

CVS at this location is well stocked, lots on display with savings. The staff is always courteous and very helpful.

Cvs is supposed to automatically renew my extremely important rx but they didn't so I had to call it in . I came in this morning to puck it up not realizing they were not open but they were in. The manager Christine was not helpfull at all but rude as well. Then her and another employee continued to talk about me after I walked away. Completely unprofessional and I have to suffer due to their incompetence!!

I had a horrible experience on Friday evening at the pharmacy . I had ask one of the pharmacist a simple question and she started making fun of me .I'm very sorry can't recommend this store

Really wish someone would take into consideration the customer experience in including availability of prescriptions and ability to communicate their inventory levels to let customers know their prescriptions can’t be filled. They have no ability to transfer prescriptions to other locations within the CVS network.
