What I have ordered was not delivered. I have order flower with vase. they just send the flowers missing the vase. The fruit bouquet is totally deranged. it's a disappointment seeing it. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Full refund needed

Received a fruit platter for Easter. All the fruit that was dipped in dark chocolate was rotted. Then the white chocolate was a horrible looking dull color pinkgray, also rotted. The only fruit that was ok was a small handful of green grapes & pineapple cut like a flower. They tried to cut out a rabbit shape with pineapple dipped in chocolate. Weirdest shape. I feel bad for my nephew that had to gift me a platter of rotten fruit and what he waisted his money on.

if i could give zero stars i would the employees are nasty the manager is even worse my fruit was soft and unebible when we called to have fixed he said he would give a discount my wife will be going on commack and smithtown moms to tell everyone very very rude employees

Not going to write much except that they my ruined my night. Payment is getting reversed, the pictures say it all. Would you pay $168 dollars for this? Completely abusive and disrespectful, price gouging at its finest.

I can’t say enough good things about them. I have used them multiple times their service is always fast and kind. This week as they transition to a new store owner and their systems were down. I came in for a last-minute purchase. They were quick to help me. They were not able to get the system back up In a timely manner that they offered to cover my purchase. To me that speaks Remarkable customer service!! I will definitely be returning and keep using them!!

I visited the store twice to pick up my order during the posted hours, only to find it closed. Both Google and the store's website list operating hours until 7 PM, but when I arrived, the sign on the door indicated they were open until 6 PM. Today, I made sure to come before 6 PM, only to find the hours had been changed again—this time to 5 PM. This inconsistency is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient for customers, causing unnecessary wasted time and effort. Clear and accurate communication regarding store hours is essential to providing a better customer experience.

Ordered a get well soon arrangement and a chocolate dipped box. This location was fantastic! My order was placed and made the same day, and it looked amazing! The woman helping me was so kind and personalized my gift to the recipient which I loved! She offered to give him a Mario kart base since he is 15. I thought that was very nice of her to take the time to do that! Delicious treats and such a positive experience. 10/10 recommend this location!

Great service. The lady at commack NY has always been helpful. She even gave me an ice pack to keep the fruit fresh because I was traveling with it. My second experience with her and she went beyond my expectations. Great customer service. I called on my way and my fruits were ready in 5 minutes.
