Had a good experience overall. My kids dropped something personal in the car and we had to come back. Alec took the time to help us and open the car up, and my kids were thrilled when we found it. Thank you for being a great person and having wonderful customer service

Fast, efficient and friendly! Pick up was a breeze. In out in less than 10 minutes on what looked to be a busy Sunday.

I couldn’t be happier with Mike Giambone. He got me the vehicle I wanted. He Answered all my questions regarding the rental, also explained to me how to submit my receipt to the insurance company. It was a pleasure dealing with him, I would highly recommend Mike and use him for my future rentals.

I recently rented a van and had a fantastic experience! The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable for our trip. The staff was professional, helpful, and made the whole process easy and smooth. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a reliable van rental. Will definitely rent again in the future!

It was a nightmare from the start. I booked Wayne in advance in one town with a pick up drop off. I called at 7:30 in the morning when they opened to see if I could get an earlier pick up gentleman was very nice and I’ll see what I could do. If not call call us back at 11 which I was due for a pick up. call back at 11 only for the same gentleman to say oh sorry you’re out of our area for pick up. Have to switch you over to another town. No, the appointment that I have at 12:30 is never I can’t even get a hold of this other enterprise dealership 45 minutes telling me all reps are on phone. I hang up call corporate. They said we’ll call them. They’ll call you immediately. That also didn’t happen.
Finally get car the agent was scrutinizing it like it was a Maserati. It was a little Chevy Mirage four years old. This made me think they’re gonna try to hit me up with something when I return it And I made My concern, loud and clear only to be told that don’t worry about it. Don’t worry about it.! Car went down the block turned the radio on turn. The radio knob is missing. Take it back again. Don’t worry about it. Don’t worry about it. Take the car home notice the front tires have no hubcaps back to the dealership again now it’s been an hour and a half missed my appointment Explained I didn’t read the card to make multiple trips here ! Sorry Sorry was the only thing I kept hearing!
I decided to return the car the night before it was due back, received absolutely no compensation for all the inconvenience and neglect of the company!

Booked a car in Newark enterprise and was told they are sold out. took bus, train, uber and went to several rental places in NJ amd NY and couldn’t get a car. Made a reservation here because it didn’t say sold out, drove from the city to here in a u-haul only to be told he’s alone and cannot help us because he has no cars. he also lied and said he has 10 reservations tomorrow at 7:30 that are all insurance claims and can’t give us a car….the lady in front of us said she just made a reservation and was given a car. Why is it that we can be told you’re sold out but the people with reservations tomorrow cannot be told the same? We’ve booked with enterprise several times and there are several lots that a car could easily be gotten from. it’s unfair and inconsiderate to be treated with complete disregard. it’s not our fault he was left to complete his shift alone with no help and we also did not receive any call stating there was no cars and he did not care at all. we also got there before 12 and he chose to state we’re now closed as a reason to get us away. Absolutely terrible customer service from the Newark location and this one. We are here for a wedding and will be stuck driving around in a uhual paying hundred of dollars until we can get a car tomorrow. i will be returning and filling several complaints until this is resolved. unhelpful uncaring customer service agents shouldn’t have those job positions, YOUR GOAL IS TO HELP AND PROVIDE A SOLUTION and all this money people pay for rentals and there’s only one employee on a saturday? Beyond disappointing.

Had dropped in and spoke to Jason, yesterday. He told me to check in the next day and told me something different the following. I don’t see why there is a problem. Since the other branch’s enterprise rep I spoke to said it was fine to do a Switch out if I do not like my rental, car yesterday.
Jason has a few car on the lots but he says he needs to reserve it for the potential reservations incoming. Which contradicta his suggestion yesterday as I stopped in to rent a mid size sUV. Yeah got me enterprise’s customer service experience leaves very little to be desired would definitely try Hertz on my next booking since Geico covered both.

The Commack location is the BEST! Their customer service is UNMATCHED. I have dealt with OTHER LOCATIONS in the past and it was a PURE NIGHTMARE. This location is very easy to do business with. Their management and employees are extremely professional.

I'm happy to say I had another great encounter with the staff at Enterprise today. I had the pleasure of having Gianni help me today and I can only say the staff is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Everything is up front no hidden fees or "surprises ". It's been 30 days and I had to extend my rental again. I highly recommend this location if your looking to rent a car.
