I have been going to Essence Nails for about a year. Was going to another place for almost 20 years. Anne is absolutely the best. My manicure and pedicure lasts for about 3 weeks. She doesn’t rush and is such a nice person. I won’t go to any other place and I always ask for Ann!!!

I recently got a manicure here, and it was definitely above average! The staff was friendly, and the attention to detail was great. My nails came out looking clean and polished, and I was really happy with the results.
That said, I’ve only been once, so I’ll need to go back a few more times to see if they can maintain the same level of quality. I’m hopeful they’ll be consistent because my first experience was very positive! Looking forward to my next visit.

Everytime you go they charge different prices. They make up stories like I used different gel,no one asked them to change anything. Then charges 15 to put nail polish on toes with no cut,file lotion of anything 5 mins polish. Very expensive they play games with prices. Said I broken a nail she fixed for 10 dollars never happened. Liars out to make more on regular customers every time u go there. Never once was same as 2 weeks prior. Beware scammers

I absolutely love coming here. They are so welcoming and Diana is my go to lady. Everyone does a great job to ne honest, we have been coming for a few years already. They definitely take their time with the pedicure and i never feel rushed like other spots.

Got nails done on Wednesday 2 popped off by Saturday Went in Sunday to get them fixed. She refused to take me Will never go back and very expensive Paid 90 for nails

My experience at Essence Nails & Spa was absolutely disappointing. I made an appointment and arrived on time, but I was kept waiting. The staff were quite rude and inattentive. I noticed that hygiene standards were not being followed; the tools were not properly sterilized, and the salon was generally very dirty.
During my manicure, they cut my nails so poorly that I was in pain for several days. The products used were also of low quality, and my nail polish started peeling off almost immediately. When I brought this up with the staff, they were dismissive and didn't seem to care at all.
I deeply regret going to Essence Nails & Spa and would not recommend it to anyone. Don't risk your health and money!

I have been coming to Essence since they first opened and I love it there. They make it a very personable and enjoyable experience every time. I get the UV gel fills and my nails always look great for weeks! They keep it very clean and every girl to do my nails is always sweet and welcoming. I have moved farther away over the years but will still travel to come here.

I don't get my nails done often, however when I do, I get a regular manicure at this place. I like how clean it looks. I especially love that they have me wash my hands upon entering and they put a hot towel on it afterwards. It's easy to get an appointment.

Disappointed. I've gone here many times before and have been happy. This time I had those uv gel nails done (very expensive) and they did a terrible job. My nails looked malformed, wide and thick. I went to another place that fixed it, and did a beautiful job. Shame that i had to pay a lot of money for such an unprofessional job. I won't be coming back sadly.

In all honesty the lady was nice but did a poor job on gel nails. I don’t even think she cut my cuticles and didn’t paint down to the bottom of nail. After reading these reviews I’ll be happy it doesn’t chip in 2 days. I don’t think it’s the workers fault. The product they are forced to work with is cheap and they are told to push colors on you that you didn’t ask for. Like pale white. Anyways , the lady that did my son I felt rushed him and didn’t ask if he wanted clear polish. It felt like we were bothering her when we asked and def felt rushed. Idk if I will return.Next day !! Okay so I woke up and nails are already chipped. I will never ever return. What a waste of time and money.Service: Manicure

My 1st time going here (Sept. 1st). Only reason I went here )(I live in Farmingdale, so...), is because my friend "Jennifer" who has been doing my nails/pedi's for the past 9yrs, is working here now. I'll follow "Jennifer" wherever she works!The place is big, bright, clean and seems to be friendly.The only thing I wish they'd do, is to have the menu & price list up on the wall or on a pamphlet.Services: Foot massages

DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. I got a regular Gel manicure and woke up the next day to find it already starting to Chip. I saw many reviews after my service that this is a norm for them and prayed it didn't happen to me . It's insane that in a very well to do area that they use cheap crapppy products and put in on with a smile. Then when you go back to fix them they charge you for their mistakes. Lesson learned. I'm out $65 and won't ever return.
