I am always greeted when I walk in. Today, employee, Oscar, was very friendly. I saw him helping out a gentleman about a product and it waa nice seeing how he interacted with him. Very helpful & kind too.

After spending $150 in this store I needed to do a return this morning of MAYBE 20% of my purchase. Dealt with an associate named Sarah (very nice and courteous). She proceeded to scan my items for the return then needed her managers code. After the manager (Alma) came over, we immediately received a very nasty, negative attitude from her for returning items. She rolled her eyes at us, very rudely asked us why we were returning the items, and then turned her back to us to walk away. Without getting too personal, we cannot see family members for the holidays which is why we needed to return some items. Alma made this so much worse for us. We will be contacting corporate over this. This is NOT how you treat customers.

I try not to walk into this store because I end up spending a lot more than five or below! They seem to Always have at least one item that you absolutely have to have and can't leave without.. BEWARE If you're on a budget!!! 😜

I recently had an exceptional experience at the Five Below store managed by Alma. Unlike any other manager at various locations, Alma went above and beyond to help me find an item that I had been struggling to locate. Her dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident as she took extra steps to ensure that I received the item.
Alma's friendly demeanor and welcoming smile made my shopping experience even more pleasant. She conducted herself with the utmost professionalism throughout our interaction, making me feel valued as a customer. Alma is a true asset to the Five Below team, and her outstanding service sets a high standard for others to follow.
