We were greeted by Carson, who really made finding a floor less stressful. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful. If I need to go to Floor and Decor again, I would make sure he is working! I never knew how different each flooring material really is! We left with exactly what we needed for our basement floor!

On Friday November 8th and then Saturday November 9th we went to floor and decor in Commack. Friday night We were initially greeted by Andrew who helped us and then by Carson who gave us an education on flooring to go over our current hardwood flooring. Then today we were helped by Danny who answered some more questions of ours. We have not ordered anything yet but do plan to very soon. I asked and was told they do not work on commission 😊The customer service was excellent!!! We'll be back to order as we were able to purchase samples to test out at home.

My husband and I came into floor and decor to find tiles for our master bathroom. Jon helps us completely design our bathroom. He was experienced, knowledgeable, and very patient. We left with exactly what we wanted because Jon steered us in the right direction.

Great experience. I went in to look at flooring and came out with a purchase. When we walked in we were greeted by whoever was in store. While looking at flooring Dennis approached me and asked if we had any questions. We asked a few and Dennis took the time to explain the different flooring. With his knowledge we ended up buying Aqua guard flooring. Mgr came over to make sure we were satisfied. We were very satisfied with the help of Dennis.

I had the most wonderful shopping experience with your rep "MJH" in your Commack store. She was extremely helpful and was so patient with me. I probably was making her crazy with me going back and forth with tiles. I finally decided and she printed everything off for me. Again she was great.

We have been to Floor and Decor several times for many different projects. The Staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. The store offers everything from ceramic and porcleain tiles, wood flooring, laminates and brick veneers and more. The selections are quite vast. Always check around because they have sale items which can be at a nice discount. Parking isn't a problem.
