Tried calling about 20 times. No one answers and the machine just hangs up on you. I just had a simple question before I went to the store but now I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

The kid behind the counter was very helpful and polite and was willing to help me. Get my gift cards spent, which we had no problem doing.

My family has purchased many games from this store over the course of many years. We are members and we like to grab funko pops and other accessories too they have alot of stuff and they even trade and accept graded cards now too.

I just had to take a moment to write about the incredible customer service I received from Andrew at GameStop. From the moment I called, Andrew was not only professional but also so personable and friendly. He had a great sense of humor that made me laugh even though the news he was giving me wasn’t great. Unfortunately, the item I was hoping to get was out of stock, but Andrew's positive attitude really turned my experience around. He made the best of the situation and even managed to put a smile on my face, which I wasn’t expecting. Honestly, employees like Andrew are rare and absolutely deserve recognition for their outstanding service. This guy definitely deserves a raise! Keep up the amazing work, Andrew! You’ve set the bar high for customer service!

Idk what the deal is with this GameStop. They never answer the phones. The girl that works there is always on her AirPods talking to other people and isn’t the nicest person either. She made a snarky comment to me after I declined purchasing an extended warranty for a pro controller.

Stepping in here reminded me why I buy games elsewhere or online. Shell of a company that once was, its no surprise the company is struggling store is a waste of space.
