Deli department quality is hit or miss, and you should never buy beef here. It's consistently selling terrible cuts of steak. Most are labeled incorrectly to charge more, i.e. the filet mignon I had bought here recently was marbled like a regular old sirloin. That's not the first time I have noticed that kind of deception.
The rest of the store is adequate for the local area. Their produce is usually good.

very upset about the way my wife was treated today as she was accused of stealing groceries by the girl at the checkout. she was totally embarrassed for no reason. to make things worse she was standing there as the 2 girls working on the registry were discussing things in another language as they ripped apart her bag . another woman stood there encouraging the situation , maybe a manager? no apologies, no nothing. she will not be shopping there again!!

Every week I go to the one in Commack and spend at least 200.00 a week. The Manager that was on this weekend was extremely rude to me! Check your receipts everyone they are always mistakes. I have one every week. And when I went to go for my adjustment this weekend the manager (woman) was extremely rude. I will not patronize them they lost us as a good customer. Improvement needed as to how they treat they’re customers (managers)!!!!

I was charged for a product incorrectly, the cashier did not apologize or care . I went to the supervisor to ask for refund and his face expression was annoyed. So they were annoyed that they made an error and charged me extra. Looking back at my receipt at home , the cashier coded 3 other items incorrectly as he did not know the products. Last time at this meat farm, the one in Bohemia has much better customer service and staff and supervisors don’t give you the impression that servicing customers is an annoying task.

Always a good shopping experience even on christmas eve.When I got there around 2:15. It was a little busy after 40 minutes of shopping. There was no lines and three of the staff members helped me tremendously.I always recommend this food store and if you want meat and produce, they simply are the best.Definitely recommended.

Excellent place for fruits and vegetables. A little overpriced for everyday grocery items but they're cold cuts and produce a reasonably priced and excellent
