Great location, super clean and organized, had to run in for a work purchase for a generator, and staff was able to help me find, purchase and load exactly what I needed.
Shout out to the staff Dan, Kenny and Maddy?Matty? for the super quick assist, especially at the end of the day towards closing.

Terrible customer service. The manager refused to exchange a defective product within 2 weeks of purchase and I had the receipt. Will be contacting corporate for escalation.

This was the third Harbor Freight that I had visited on this day. I was in search of a dual action polisher. I had almost pulled the trigger on another brand and a simple dual action polisher.
I was looking for the power and dexterity of a rotary polisher and the ease of use with the professional results from a dual action polisher. After doing a bit more research, I ran across what is known as a Forced Rotary Dual Action Polisher.
There is a company out there that has one almost identical to the Hercules, Forced Rotary Dual Action Polisher, is what Harbor Freight is selling, for approximately 1/3 of the price. Almost screw fir screw and nut for nut this Hercules is one solid well put together unit. I additionally purched a 2 year warranty on top of the initial 90 day warranty that comes default with the unit.
The Commack Harbor Freight was rather busy, but it was the only location, just shy of heading out to Massapequa, that had the unit that I was looking for in stock.
The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The one gentleman that assisted me was extremely thorough and accommodating.
I had a really good experience here and I will travel out of my way again (about 8 miles from home) to purchase more items and tools as I need them.
