I've been here 2 or 3 times- I get a simple buzz cut, so nothing terribly challenging. Never much of a friendly vibe from the place. Stopped in today at noon for a haircut, was told they were too busy, come back at 4. Came back, was told they had a power outage earlier in the day, and the woman I scheduled with had gone home. 2 trips in 1 day, no hair cut. I won't be returning, I'll find a place that values its customers.

This place is not even worth one star. All the ladies working there were so unprofessional, talking badly about customers that were coming in or scheduled for the day. Two ladies left and came back in reeking of cigarette smoke. They are so overpriced. I asked for a blow out but instead got my hair dried and then curled. A blow out was not done. I will never be coming here. Biggest waste of time and money.

The hair cut itself looks good and not at all like a low-budget cut. However, it's not what I asked for. I came in for a taper, starting at 0. I just left it since I asked to go to a 0 twice. It's a half right now. She first tried leafing it at a 1.As for the price.... I have short hair and just as short as most men. I asked for a taper and a trim on the top. Why am I being charged a woman's price just because I'm a female?We already know women make less money in MANY places of employment. Why do I have to be charged more just because I'm a woman?For those two reasons, I won't come back. And also probably because when I asked if they honor military discounts, she said no. I'd have honestly been fine with it if I got what I came in for, and got the men's price since it's the length of a male.

Everyone on the staff is always kind and friendly, the wait time even when busy, is never long and it is always very clean with great atmosphere. Michelle is fantastic and has always left me in great shape, and Amy is always awesome as well. If I could give a sixth star, I would.

I understand why the owner of the counter shaved his head. Men's hair is the worst. The messy-looking barber wears plastic clippers and just shaves the front and sides like a lawn mower. I recommend this if you think your hair is a mess. .
