So yesterday, December 18th, I had dropped off 2 pairs of ugg shoes to be sent out for cleaning and I ended up needing one pair back. I called them and told them that I would need to pick up the pair the next day(today the 19th) and the lady i spoke with, I believe Helen was SO KIND and said no problem. There ended up being a miscommunication with the driver that picks up the uggs and he ended up taking both pairs. So I went to pick them up and they weren't there! I was so scared and upset but let me tell you this !!! And I have never ever ever had such A GREAT OUTCOME LIKE THIS! One of the workers I spoke to ( after giving him an attitude that I am so embarrassed about) WAITED AT THE STORE AFTER CLOSING TO WAIT FOR THE DRIVER TO BRING THE UGGS AND BROUGHT THEM TO MY HOUSE !! When I tell you I was holding back tears!! I have never had anyone ever go above and beyond like this for me. Thank you all so much. You truly are beautiful amazing people.

I urgently need a shirt pressed. Not just any shirt but the shirt I was wearing. An odd request I thought but the woman at the counter was so accommodating and had me wait in the dressing room while they rushed the request !

I needed a pair of pants shortened super fast and they came through! The customer service is excellent and my pants came out great.

If you want to overpay then this is the place to go . They are asking $6.95 to have a uniform shirt pressed . Not laundered and pressed , not dry cleaned and pressed , just pressed . Called to clarify the price with owner since I thought there must be a mistake when I looked at the ticket. Nope, that was the price . Husband called because he was in disbelief since we've been getting his shirts down for years . He has never paid more then $ 2.50 . Owner was adamant about price and tried to make it seem like it was some special process to iron a shirt . We requested she put the shirt aside and we picked it up and brought it less then 5 minutes away to a cleaner that charges a fair 3$. Lousy business owner and a disgusting way to treat first responders as well . We will make this known to the rest of the first responders in Commack to avoid this place !

Extremely clean and pressed mens suits, shirts and ladies dresses. Especially my white dress shirts. Very happy with the quality of care
