The worst selection of items in any Home Depot I have gone to. Customer Service in the aisles is lacking. I would drive additional miles to avoid this location.

I asked customer service for assistance in the hardware department 5 different times and for 15 minutes I stood there with no help until I finally left. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Staff does not know their store. Spent 30 minutes attempting to find a particular material before asking staff for help... twice. Both staff members sent me to the complete wrong sections of the store. I asked about marine board and was directed to the lumber section, and then window aisle. Not sure why 1/2" plastic sheets would be in either of those sections. After another 20 minutes or so of wandering around, I gave up and left empty-handed.

Excellent customer service. i had an issue with an outside vendor and between Meg, Ian, Don and Will in the mill dept, they took care of it!! Highly recommend this home depot over any other!

very disorganized when it comes to curbside pickup! ordered a toilet online for curbside pickup and it waited there more than an hour to receive it!

Oh my beloved Home Depot (insert heart moji here)! I recently bought a house in the area so I've been a regular here. The staff is always SUPER friendly and very helpful. Everyone here has that DIY attitude which is what you want from a home improvement store. My last run was 8 days in a row! lol - not sure if that's a good or bad thing but I am glad to have this location so close by! Will continue to visit this location. Long live the depot!

I have friends who once worked at Home Depot and they told me they had to drop everything to assist a customer. Well those days are gone. Asked where the vegetable seeds were and lady setting up houseplants told me "I only do house plants."

Great store and location. The customer service line is always long and makes returns a nightmare. Staff should be added to make it easier since they basically eliminated all cashiers with self check out. Store is usually clean.

It's very very unfortunate that I have to agree with former review. Home Depot used to be the place to shop. Clearly it's not what it was. My experience was unfortunately a nightmare start to finish. They use to value customer service my experience showed that is no longer the case.
